いわゆる、典型的な米国式モーテル、サービス最悪。

Pros: コインランドリーがある程度か? モールに近い程度。
Cons: 最低でも上記の内容を読んで、至急の改善を望む。
Location: ウォールマートふくむ大きなモールがある。 それだけ。
朝食付きでも、コーヒーは切れており、従業員に言っても、「少し待てと言って」、何も動かず、従業員同士でスペイン語で無駄話をしているだけ。また、前もってのアナウンスもない。 基本的に笑顔はない。 サービスも最低。ベッドメーキングもない。 それにしても、高すぎる。いくら、カリフォルニアとは、サンタモニカやハリウッドではない。この設備とサービスなら、50ドルで純分。 ホテルは全くのモーテル。 外の声がまる聞こえ。 ホテルと呼ぶ資格はない。

Cons: This hotel could have better housekepping.this hotel didn t have daily houskeeping

Quick, easy, affordable

I just needed a place to crash for one night. $100 bucks did just that. The room was nice, and had more than I needed. It's right next to the Irvine Spectrum and right next to the freeway.

No ice machine!

Room had a kitchen but there were no utensils except dish towels. Said there was a BBQ. Yes, but you had to bring charcoal and lighter fluid and it was completely full of ashes. Also never stayed in any hotel or motel that didn't have an ice machine! That said, price was great, location great and room was clean. They need to do a better job on amenities but decent value.

Not Good. Stay away if you can!!!!

Pros: Nothing....
Cons: Breakfast is a complete cheat....only muffin and cold coffee, and they called it continental???

Not even 'milk for coffee' and 'ice' available. Staff is not responsive. When asked for milk or ice, they asked, there is 711 nearby please go there!!!!.

Good location

Cons: Fix it up. Sink was broken.
Rooms were not nice. Needs makeover. Front desk people were never there. Convenient location. Good parking. Basically just a place to sleep

Sheets haven't been changed. Cockroach and pests

Pros: I liked what was around the hotel.
Cons: everything
Location: spectrum center
Arrived to a funky smell. Took a shower with, but had a cockroach stare at me the whole time. The facet would not turn off all the way; waste of water and annoying dripping sound all night. Went to sleep in sheets that seem to have been there for weeks or even months. (stale smell and made skin irritated) Had a spider crawl next to me on my pillow. Claims to come by every few days to clean and change sheets, but in the week I stayed, there was not a single visit to change the sheets or clean the room. Had to ask for and change the sheets ourselves. Also tried to use the appliances, but they did not work either. THIS IS IRVINE. I EXPECT A LOT MORE.

I've been trying to cancel this room we went to the hotel and it was very dirty there were people loitering out front and we did not want to stay there we even looked at a room and let the receptionist know that we were not going to be staying please email me back, So I can cancel this room. The ratings on this hotel should not be three stars very misleading54 yr

Only hotel I have left in the middle of the night

Location: - Irvine Spectrum Center - Irvine Meadows Amphitheater
This is an economy hotel in the middle of Irvine. I decided to stay here with my girlfriend while we went and say a concert at the Irvine Meadows Amphitheater. When we arrived at 5PM on the day of check-in, our room was not ready and was going to be a 5-10min wait. I insisted we be moved as we were already running late and was "upgraded" to a Deluxe King room. While we were waiting for the key, a woman came in mentioning the room they were just assigned was occupied and clothes were out and TV was on when they went inside. That is a little to freaky for me, who knows if the hotel will be giving out my room key while I'm away by mistake. We head to our room and put our key in, light turned green, and the door wouldn't open. Was it locked by someone inside still occupying the room? We try 2-3 more times and it ended up that the lock was jamming. Right as we got inside, we were hit with the smell of raman soup that smelled like the previous occupant had cooked for the last week. We needed to get ready for the concert, so we let the smell go hoping it would dissipate. I headed to the bathroom and the toilet was not even flushed...really? We left to the concert a little afraid to go back. When returning, we just wanted to go to bed and leave in the morning. Climbing into bed we found a stain on the sheets that was extremely gross. The final straw though was the paper thin walls that passed the sound of the other guests doing the do. We packed up and left at 1AM and head home.
