I arrived late, 11:30 p.m, no one was at desk, there was no bell, no phone in immediate area to access help. When employee arrived, she rudely Informed me that phone was located in the foyer at the front entrance, nowhere near the front desk. I had been reaching for the desk phone and she clearly did not appreciate my attempting to call for assistance on her phone.
The hallways smelled and the hotel appeared dingy and marginally clean. A "free breakfast" consisted of coffee, packaged granola bars and muffins; not a breakfast by any stretch of the imagination.
