Hotel Close to Disney park in Orange County

Pros: Built in Kitchen
Cons: Complementary breakfast is pathetic
Location: Near to Disney Downtown and Disney parks. A Lyft/Uber ride will cost around $10.Katella Avenue is good place for walk but Hotel too away, Car needed.
Plus Rooms have built in kitchen facility, Electric stove, Big Fridge and Microwave + Iron with board. Cons No hotel kitchen/restaurant, Complementary breakfast is just coffee of 2 types plus muffins. Utensils are not available freely (First come first serve). No-smoking room in front of smoking rooms. Housekeeping is only once in 7days Self service for Bathroom towels replacement Wifi is decent enough.

Nasty just nasty

This hotel was so gross. The hall floor to start look like they haven't been vacuumed for weeks there was stuff there the first day we stayed all the way till the last day. The bedding was dirty, carpet in room was nasty so bad I laid the comforters on the floor. Lots of homeless people in tents out side building that didn't bug me as much as the dirtiness. Breakfast is oatmeal, granola bars and muffins. The worst was seeing a rat walking o the second story ledge and we had no screen on the window. I somehow forgot to look at the reviews but would never stay again !

Terrible

The place is really dirty. There is a homeless camp on the backside of the hotel. Trash everywhere. Dirty carpet.

Uncomfortable and unclean

The refrigerator leaked. The kitchen towel was stained. The bathroom towels had long black hairs. The bathroom sink only worked if you pulled the stopper out and left it on the counter. The toilet was a disgusting design that my hand touched the water when I wiped! My boyfriend 's ____ hung in the water when he sat down.! Either it was set too full ( poor maintenance) or it was a bad design ( cheap). The TV was old and the furniture was scratched.

terrible stay

when we got there, several people were waiting at the front desk because there was no stuff. we waited about 20 minutes for the front desk stuff to show up. The room was very dirty and smelly. The bathroom was stained everywhere, and towels were looked dirty as well. I am glad we brought our own towels because we had kids. The sheets were dirty as well that my friend got big area of rash on her body after one stay. we stayed two days, but no housekeeping showed up after the first day. we will not go back to this hotel even it is close to Dianeyland.

Hotel is fine but...

Pros: The staff and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: More security. Better insulation to bring down the noise.
Location: The hotel is on the Anaheim and Orange borders. Disneyland down Katella. Honda Center and the Artic a short distance down Katella. Restaurants.
The hotel overall is good, clean and up to date in its décor. But once I got into my room, I could hear lots of noise from the inside of the building. I could hear people above and on the sides of my room. Dogs barking. Rooms being cleaned. There's also a transit group of people that are living around the facility being right next to the Santa Ana River area, with signs on the doors to "not leave valuables in the car." That all being said, the location is in a great place: location in a wonderful shopping center of restaurants, theater, right by a major freeway, Honda Center, the Artic, and Disneyland is about 10 minutes away. The staff was really nice and helpful. Like I said, the accommodations are good.

Convenient to Relatives

Pros: Friendly staff, pretty surroundings - palm trees!
Cons: A bench or two outside the front door would be very nice. I found one bench but it was way around the side of the building quite a distance.
Location: close to relatives and we did see fireworks from our window one evening
We needed a hotel close to relatives who would be our source of transportation. The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. Our room was adequate for our needs.

price was nice...great location...property is very convenient with easy access to restraunts, entertainment etc when looking for kitchen ware in the cabinets (there was none) we found quite a bit of drug paraphernalia in the cabinet above the microwave...hard to believe housekeeping could have missed it since it was in plain sight...front desk person was willing to give us a 10 percent discount for our "inconvenience"...and would "remove it immediately"...needless to say after going back to our room to pack our stuff so we could leave (45 minutes) the stuff still had not been removed
