The room was quite large for a king room. Fridge was a good size. Bathroom had a leaky tub and the sink had a filter that put out a water spray hard enough to take off the skin. Turn real low!!!

Booked for 5 nights stay and requested for a non-animal room due to allergies. The room wasn’t clean when checked in. Animal furs found on bed sheet. The floor wasn’t mopped. The shower had hair from previous visitor(s). Laundry room, the washers were dirty (animal furs found in all washers). It seemed housekeepers were not doing their duties on cleaning. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

This property is horrible! No room service whatsoever. Ran out of towels and toilet paper went to the front desk to get some and there was and they didn’t have any! Our trip was based on going to Universal Studios and Disneyland. Our last night there we got to the hotel at 11 p.m. our room cards didn’t work this is such a hassle when your tired and have a sleepy 6 year old! Never again with this chain!

Definitely a great location. Many places to dine. Loved attending Brunch at El Torito’s which was walking distance from the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.
Not as advertised. The elevator smelled of dogs. I get why it’s called “extended stay”. The entrance looks like a back door entrance. Very basic and kind of ghetto for being in “Anaheim Hills”. Should have paid the extra $50 to stay at the Ayres Hotel.

I love that it’s quite and peaceful from outside noise and the beds are comfy .
What I didn’t like was the showers had no steady tempature just steaming Hot and no blow dryers in the bathrooms . Property did supply ice buckets or ice dispenser on property . They only supplied a grungy ice tray
Many lights were out in and around the rooms . And we had 3 different staff members knock on our door in the morning asking us if we are ready to check out when we told the staff members twice about a late check out from the front desk in person . It didn’t matter who you spoke too at the front desk , communication amongst the staff with each other did not work well with the guest wishes in this place .

Not quiet … my room was not refresh at all automatic while I stayed there 3 nights.. when I saw a cleaning lady in the hallway 2 doors down the hallway for fresh towels she said I had to go downstairs to to the reception desk.

No hassle check in, room was clean with a full size fridge. Would be nice to have a few more kitchen items, and the Continental breakfast is very limited. Coffee, tea, oatmeal, granola bars, and muffins
Definitely like staying at this location. It could use an update.
I was disappointed with the refrigerator. It was very dirty inside and out.
The bathtub drain leaked....drip, drip.
I also noticed a few rooms down from us outside the room they left dirty dishes, pots and pans. I didn't understand why, with the kitchen inside. It was outside for 2 days and very smelly.

Needed a place to stay for the night when power went out for over 24 hrs on a cold night. Mostly clean, though the tub had a stain in it.
Comfortable bed. Minimalist decor, but decent.
Since allows pets, might be smart to have a small broom and dust pan in each room. Ended up cleaning tracked cat litter off the floor with a towel. Liked that the floors are not carpeted so made it feel cleaner.
Slightly pricey for a supposedly economy hotel.
But, mostly very clean and comfortable.
Front desk staff was excellent and helped me tremendously

I am upset after my 1 nite stay recently. The toilet bowl was up to the top and after I didnt realize it before I peed and flushed. I had to throw towels down to stop the overflow from spreading out. Called desk. No maintence people were there, I had to go down 3 floors to the front desk to get a plunger (non in the bathrm and do it myself. I was not offered a new room so I could go to the bathroom (7:30AM) or allowed in the office's bathroom. How inhumane. The toilet was not better after I plunged my heart out. No manger in duty until 11am. I wasnt going to wait for 4 hrs. as I had plans. Some service, NOT. Very poorly trained person at desk not to phone manager and tell of situation. Not to offer me a way of going to the bathroom. I packed up and left. Not able to use bathroom.

This property was close to family and was less expensive than other close by properties. It did a full kitchen. The beds were just ok.

The property was run down, not cleaned and smelled awful, like urine in the hallways and the room smelled musty and had stains on the carpet.

It took about 10 minutes to get someone to come to the registration desk at 10 p.m.
When she showed there was no apology and she was wearing a top that showed her exposed stomach area which was not exactly a pleasing image.
The keys she gave me were not activated and I had to return and wait again for her to show to correct the issue. She does not belong in a customer service position.

Not like checking into a hotel. The entrance to the lobby wasn't easy to find and no parking close by. The receptionist couldn't find my reservation in the computer but was able to give a room while she figured out what happened. Everything was great about the room, except for the smell? Had to be coming from the carpet or the drapes because the pillows, linens and towels smelled freshly washed.

Worst place to stay ever, smells horrible, nothing inside the room works properly. Everything was all broken and dirty no electricity in the bathroom, tv wasn’t working either, shower was broken and you can hear everything from the other rooms. I wish I can give zero stars but in order to write a review I had to give at least one star. Btw I’m pretty sure the workers understand the situation of their work place since they were very nice and understanding when I asked for an early checkout due to all the issues, they reimbursed me without hesitation very nice of them.

Rooms are dated. The paint job was poorly done and the decor depressing. Basic amenities are not included in the room. There was no blow dryer, shampoo, and only 1 bar of soap. The shower was visibly dirty and dripping water constantly. Besides the leak, there is a musty smell throughout the room. Outside the room, there is a trail of hair and dirt leading to the elevators which smell like pee. The whistling sound the elevators make are alarming as well.
In addition one of our 2 key cards did not work. The pictures of the property do not reflect the dilapidated condition it is truly in.

Embarrassingly poor in mainteanace. No towels or wash cloths in the bathroom. No soap or toiletries of any kind. Kitchen faucet drips. Smoke detector covered and sealed with bag…assuming you had pot smokers before. Isn’t that some kind of fire hazard safety violation that should be on your housekeeping checklist? Elevators smelled of dogs and the hallway carpet was filled with tons of dog fur. Does housekeeping not have a vacuum? Trash room bins overflowing and stink. Bought a toaster pastry from vending machine…stale and crumbled upon opening. REALLY REALLY BAD! A refund would be apprpriate.
