Be aware of the receptionist "Allie" and the trick

If you happen to be unlucky and end up in this miserable hotel, I strongly advise you to be aware of the receptionist "Allie".
I unfortunately stayed here for ONE night, payed $100 deposit fee and when I found out about the $24 self parking rate, I parked at the Atrium Hotel "right beside it" less than 1 minute walk for $10.
When I checked out the second day, I had to deal with this Ms. Allie (hope I have here name spelled correctly), she seemed sooooo confident by telling me that my refund from my deposit was ONLY $52 because of the two night parking fees!!! I tried to convince her logically that I only stayed one night and that I parked at the next door hotel, she completely rejected everything I said and said that she will not return my $100!!!
I called in the supervisor and tolled him that I can present the prof of parking outside the premises of the hotel, but can you prof that I parked here, he said no we can't but get us your prof!!! And I did.
Then they said we will only charge you for a $24 parking fee for one night as our system shows!!!!
and after 25 minutes and when I showed them my reservation, and they made their "investigations" Allie and her supervisor tried to apologize for their stupid mistakes.
They wayside my time and turned the image of Hillton for me!!!!
I will never ever think about coming here again.
BTW there is no refrigerator in any of the rooms, you have to pay $10 to get one "if available"!!!!
