ミツワやセブンイレブンが目の前で、ショッピングモールもちかく、便利でした。

5泊しましたが、ベッドメイキングがきちんとされている日といい加減な日がありました。 駐車場の説明が不足でした。

Don't forget the do not disturb sign

Pros: The rooms were spacious and the staff was fast at helping us out.
Cons: Delay housekeeping until at least 10am. A lot of people are here for vacation and would like to sleep in and relax, not to be woken up early
Location: There were plenty of shopping options around the area and it was pretty close to Disneyland.
I booked the executive room so I guess I had a higher expectation. I thought the location was great because there were shopping malls and food places nearby and Disneyland was within a 20 minute drive away. The room itself was fine, spacious and clean except the refrigerator was on and off so it didn't work for half the day but it would work for the rest of the day. The staff working at the desk was very friendly and helped us out immediately, but the housekeeping was a bit disappointing. I kept forgetting to put the do not disturb sign on the door the night before so they would come knocking at 8am, which I thought was way too early even if I didn't have the sign out. So every morning I was woken up super early. Another thing about the housekeeping was that the hand towel was obviously dirty after a day of use, but they didn't bother to replace it. I understand that the hotel has an environment friendly policy of only replacing towels on the floor, but it would have been more professional of them to just replace a dirty towel. Also, used towels were left by the sink and they never took them away, instead they just replaced them so at the end of our 4 days there, our bathroom was cluttered with towels. I only checked out the gym facility and I thought it was a bit small and only had a few machines. The check out process was fast, but the staff didn't bother asking if anything should be improved.

The staff did not provide receipt upon checking out. I asked and was told they would email the receipt but still have not received as of today

ハイウエイアクセスもよく、 日本のスーパーも真正面にあり とても便利 最上階のエクゼクティブフロアに滞在すると、朝ごはん、またいつもスタバのコーヒーが飲み放題です。 5時から7時はハッピーアワーに 軽食が頂けます。

A+ hotel, staff and location.

Hotel comfortable, clean and exceeded our expectations. Parking is $15/nite as a hotel guest. Staff at desk bery chill, but professional always. Hotel in good location accessible to shopping, restaurants and highway access.

Great hotel with one flaw

Stayed here for a couple of days and the staff was excellent. They were all friendly and helpful. The room was in great condition. Very clean and housekeeping tidied it up very well after the first night. The Ac worked, had the bathroom with shower and mirror/sink but then an extra sink and mirror right outside the bathroom which was a nice touch. The view from the balcony was amazing as well. The only issue I had was with the tv. The remote was horrible. It was I'd say a 40" LG television which was great but the remote was an off brand remote that do not control the tv well at all, defeating it's purpose. I couldn't control the guide and had to manually press the enter button on the tv just to start using it. The tv would glitch and switch to no signal for a few seconds every once in a while which was also very frustrating. All in all a great hotel but it needs new tvs and remotes that match the tv. I would recommend staying here, just maybe if call up to the hotel about the tv next time.

Great central location in Costa Mesa

This hotel was great ! Besides being close to major freeways, it was also a really walkable area. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance . Our favorite was The Camp - cute, trendy eateries and shops. The hotel itself was very clean , rooms were spacious and well appointed. The staff were very helpful and friendly . The only reason I did not give it a 5/5 was because you have to pay an extra $25 per night just to park . We would definitely stay here again .
