Great central location in Costa Mesa

This hotel was great ! Besides being close to major freeways, it was also a really walkable area. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance . Our favorite was The Camp - cute, trendy eateries and shops. The hotel itself was very clean , rooms were spacious and well appointed. The staff were very helpful and friendly . The only reason I did not give it a 5/5 was because you have to pay an extra $25 per night just to park . We would definitely stay here again .

Clean, comfortable, great location, a bit pricey

Pros: cleanliness, location, friendly hotel staff, pool and fitness room, covered secure parking, mini fridge
Cons: Hot tub WAY too hot. They don't have ice machines. You have to call the front desk and have ice delivered to your room.
Location: Convenient location. Close to the beach, John Wayne Airport, South Coast Plaza, freeways.
We were overall very pleased with our stay. Short drive to beach, the airport, and the church where my uncle's funeral was. I thought it was a little pricey especially when they add an additional $25 per day for parking. But when we checked in they gave us 1/2 off the parking as a courtesy because it was our first time staying at that hotel. The room was very clean and in good condition, except for the bathroom door lock which was broken. When we mentioned it as we were checking out, they took off the parking fee altogether. The pool and fitness center were great! But the hot tub was scalding hot to the point that no one could even get in, it was SO hot! We had a great view from the balcony. We were in a 2 queen room with 4 people and it was plenty roomy.

Nice, big and comfortable room.

The minute we walked into the hotel lobby, we felt so relaxing and welcoming. Our room is clean, comfortable and yes, Big. We'll always stay at Hilton from now on.

Center of Orange County, very comfortable!

This hotel is super convenient to all of central Orange County. We stayed on the Executive Floor (7th) and our room was terrific! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel

I liked the hotel. however, there needs to be more attention paid to the pet waste. I would stay at the hotel again. All of the employees were very helpful in making our stay pleasant.

The hotel was beautiful but the floors were confusing. Our room was so far away from the elevator, it made carrying the luggage a chore. Also, we needed ice and could not find the ice machine anywhere, even though they gave us a bucket for ice. We called the front desk and they delivered a tiny bag of ice. It was very strange.

I know it feels strange and takes a while to get use to, but with the amount of water they use during a drought and the heat and noise they give off - it makes since to us.
