I reserved 2 queen size bed room plus a roll away bed for 5 people !!! Ended up with one king size bed room.. Hotel.com said "HolidayInn overbooked" ,BUT Holiday In said " Hotel.com reserved me for only a King bed"..
Who's telling the truth? I have the reservation confirmation with detailed " 2 queen /roll away"
Hotel.com did offer me 2 choices .
1. They will relocate us ( this is about 1030PM)
But the ones with vacancies are farther from our venues
2. Hotel. Com cannot reduce our rate but can only give a $75 coupon
Because of reason #1 , less hassle and will only have 4 hrs sleep ...we decided to stay . Slept on the floor .
The front desk man couldn't even try to accommodate us . He just said Hotel. Com booked you as is .
