Room was clean but breakfast was bland. Wish there were more fresh options - very limited fruit. Check in was easy and staff were friendly. Water was terrible but probably just the area!

The lights are terrible. They are eco friendly but a bit harsh on the eyes. In addition the noise between levels was annoying. We were on the first floor. There was a continuous pounding of feet overhead.

everything went well the host turned on the outside fireplace for us at night where we enjoyed a fire, my blue tooth speaker and we had some drinks we brought with us. walls were a little thin, balcony was nice but not furnished a couple of chairs and small table would be a nice touch.

Nice staff. I liked the room was very clean and they clean it daily, the only thing i dining enjoyed was that you could hear everything from the hallway and whatever noises upstairs or the rooms above.

My key card failed 3 different times, locking me out of my room. The website advised “parking included”; but I was charged for parking.

This hotel is something else! I highly recommend it, because of the very helpful staff, the tasty breakfast, comfortable bed, cleanliness was top notch, pool was great. If you don't have a car from this hotel it is walkable to the famous bars like Los Molinos (15 min walk) and the San Clemente Trolley is also passing there. Would come back here!

Upon parking our vehicle, the parking lot, building, and area were well kept and clean. The fragrance in the lobby was fresh & clean. The decor and furnishings were up to date. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the furnishings up to date. We loved how there was extra ports to charge our devices and beside outlets by the night stands. It's great for people like us who have to sleep with CPAP's. We were overall pleased!

Difficult to find as it is behind a shopping center. Completely remodeled. Beds are soft foam so they provide little back support. Breakfast was good.

Usually, guests find the traffic noise not as bad as they thought it to be but unfortunately, it is out of our control however we do emphasize sincerely by suggesting a room with two queen beds in the future as the noise level is lower.
