The Worst.

This hotel was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Aside from one working elevator and a broken TV in our room, there was a much bigger issue. I was taking a shower and noticed two needles filled with substance in the syringes were sitting on top of the bathroom mirror. Mortified, I called the front desk where they were very apologetic and said they'd move us shortly. After 30 minutes of waiting I called again (this would be the third call since we'd already asked for tv to be fixed) this is when they indicated that they were at capacity and no other rooms were available. You can imagine my disappointment, Memorial Day weekend everything was booked. No manager on staff they'd promise I'd hear from the manager the following morning. I never heard from anyone the next day at all. We had to stay another night for my friends wedding and I can't tell you how disappointed I was with the lack of follow up. I called at 1pm the next day to find manager had left for the day already. No call no nothing. I demanded a refund and was told I'd receive it. Sure enough I get home and they do not refund anything. I had to call and sit on hold for over an hour to find that they'd only refund one night. THANK GOD FOR EXPEDIA, they covered the cost of the second room. I'm so upset by how it was handled and I need it to be known. Don't stay here. I could have sued for way more than a 2 night stay and they couldn't even have the decency to acknowledge the issue. Di

Nice location but that's about it

I have stayed at this establishment multiple times and every time it just seems to get worse and worse. We went from being told the room we already paid for wasn't available for us, to being moved multiple times in the same morning because they kept putting us into rooms that people just checked out and haven't been cleaned up, to getting waken up at 3 AM by...wait for it...the fire alarm... For as long as I have stayed here, I never remember seeing more than 1 elevator working, so I'm guessing the other 2 are just for show, they have a sign on there saying those will be fixed by the end of June/2017 so I guess we'll see about that, I wouldn't hold my breath on it though. The only elevator that's working smells like someone has mistaken it for the toilet stall (many times) if you know what I mean Last time we stayed, the internet went out....for our entire stay of 4 days. Every time we asked about it, we were told that a technician will be coming out to get it fixed, the staff at the front desk has a quick solution to it though, we just needed to get out of our room and come sit at the lobby to use their computer for internet The toilet barely flushes in our bathroom and every time we use it we have to cross our fingers that it doesn't overflow. I always showered with water past my ankle and after each shower, it takes a good 3 - 5 minutes for the water to finally drain

Shopping is great!

The shopping is great and that's probably it. The room service sucks, the rooms were not cleaned - not even once in 3 days. The wifi is very bad! Only positive is that shopping is 5 minutes away

The rooms need work.., A/c not cold enough, even when it's on high. Need little frig in the rooms . Al ice machines didn't work.. only 1 elevator was working.

Noisy you can hear everything in the other rooms

Location: everything is nearby.
nasty. old run down rooms, noisey, asked about an additional room while I was there and never received an answer, On day of departure the elevator did not work and I was stuck on the 6th floor almost missing my plane. I called down to front and asked for immediate assistance that never came. Front desk person could care less. Previous trash was not taken out of the room by room service and I was not provided additional soap.

All of their restaurants were closed or at least not open for me during my entire stay. It takes at least 5 minutes to get hot water in shower. The pool area looked to be in very poor condition.

Dirty and outdated

Staff was not friendly at all and I was given a wrong pass word for wifi and had to ask many times to get the right one. Suddenly no coffee and continental breakfast in the lobby.

Pros: Pretty view and easy parking access
Cons: Had coffee in the room, but no cream or sugar to go with it
Location: Nice location, but still convenient to the places I wanted to go: Vietnamese restaurants and shops
Overall a good experience. Just got a bit annoyed when checking in that the staff member who was helping me was more interested and busy talking to another guest and wanting to assist him while he was already being helped by another staff member.

Nice hotel next to the Bella Terra plaza

Pros: That the room was always cleaned.
Cons: The hospitality of the reception desk. One or two would welcome you throughout the day with a smile the rest it was you were a total stranger.
This was an OK hotel close to the freeway and the Bella Terra Plaza, which is really quaint and walking distance. The hotel in general needs a total makeover and re-do. Of three elevators only one worked and to get from the top floors to the main floor you had to push the UP button. The room has old beds and they are not comfy. I have to give it to the cleaning crew, the room was always tidied up and restocked, no issues there but if I could get another hotel I definitely will.

Wish I would of paid a little more for a more comfortable room :( staff was nice though. Furniture was all on the bottom of the garage super ghetto
