Superb servicePosted Nov 28, 2015
Pros: pool hot tub fold-out sofa bed employees proximity to Disneyland coffee service in the room
Cons: Free breakfast, or ala carte, as an option. The buffet is a bit pricey for a 4 year old who is a picky eater.
Location: Very easy walk to Disneyland. The 3 day bus pass worked well for our stay, too. Lots of dining options nearby. Huntington Beach is close.
At check-in we were told about all facilities as well as the option to buy a bus pass to travel to/from Disneyland, which is 1/4 mile away, but we had our 4 year old grandson with us, so it was nice to hear about this option. The pool and hot tub were clean and inviting. Always had towels available. the fireworks could be seen every night...much better than seeing them AT Disneyland. Even with a college crowd on the weekend, the hotel room on the 3rd floor, facing the pool, was quiet. The employees held the door for us coming and going and helped with luggage and bus info. We ate dinner in the on-site restaurant. It was certainly OK, if not stellar. The convenient store/gas station across the street (and Starbucks) gave us plenty of options for snacks/breakfast.

Comfortable hotel close to Disney ParkPosted Nov 24, 2015
Pros: Access to Disney Park. Lliked Boutique style
Cons: Pool cleanliness
Location: Good access to corner stores for snacks, liquor, gas. Limited restaurant choice however coffee shop access good. Close to Disney parks.
I enjoyed stay at the Menage. Front desk staff exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Rooms clean. Good access to Disney for walkers. Pool area required attention as water not clean in either pool or hot tub. Restaurant buffet breakfast OK but not great however reasonable price. Sign in lobby identified that hotel under renovations so would give hotel a second chance to impress.

Nice hotel close to DisneyPosted Nov 24, 2015
Pros: It's nearness to Disney and fantastic view of fireworks. The pool is also brilliant.
Cons: Bed frames would be my only suggestion.
Location: Very close to Disney!! Yes it's close to the freeway, but the traffic noise is not that bad.
Just spent 10 days at this hotel, had a lovely time. Hotel is clean and rooms more than adequate, only negative would be bed frames are too big for mattress, and potential to knock shins. Other than that this hotel fine, would happily stay here again!! The staff are more than happy to help.

Great stay on a weekend trip to Disneyland. Room was comfortable, pool and hot tub were great. Watched the fireworks at Disney from the pool on the first night. The walk to Disney wasn't too bad, and probably would have been a cheap Uber/cab ride.

Gorgeous hotel, so close to Disneyland!Posted Nov 18, 2015
Easy straightforward check-in, room was simple with a very spacious bathroom. The hallways between rooms are all open and I loved that. Hotel staff were very nice all over and took all my little inane questions with stride.

The shower was falling apart, the spout wasn't attached to the wall and the shower head had mildew on it. the maid didn't provide us with more soap after a few days we had to go ask for more down at the front desk. She also left pi's that had been neatly folded at the foot of the bed thrown around next to the bed. The bus system to Disney was terrible and after a few try of waiting 30-40 min without it showing up we ended up just walking the 1.1 miles back and fourth every time. even after having just run a 1/2 marathon at Disney, the real reason for the trip. The elevator was broken one of the days, lets talk about how awesome stairs are after running a race.. also what would have happened if someone handicap was staying above the first floor and without warning the elevator was down, both of them that day/night.. Also with knowing people where there for the race, they still blasted the music by the pool until late at night, knowing people for the race had to be up at 3am. The bar had good but very expensive food. In the mile walk to Disney's gates you have to cross the high way entrance and exit ramp, but I will say the walk is well lit, it is up hill both ways, but it wasn't to bad, just annoying. I've normally stayed a bit closer to the parks the other 4 times I've gone, but it said it wasn't far and had the bus system so I thought I'd give it a try. It is in the middle of being redone as well so it has kind of an old, trying to be knew feel to it. It was safe and clean

Worst $150 a night hotel I've stayed atPosted Nov 11, 2015
Mediocre to poor hotel for the price. Dingy outdated room with sour smelling towels. Would not stay at again.

10-15 min walk to DisneyPosted Nov 11, 2015
At first glance it's a nice hotel but with a closer look the flaws come out. The bathtub was leaking the fixtures we're halfway off the walls. There was dust Everywhere!!! I'm allergic so that was the most annoying part for me. The hotel staff was super nice and accommodating. I wouldn't recommend for cleanliness, it'd be more for proximity and staff friendliness. Oh and parking was great despite the 12.00 nightly rate. We didn't have any noise from the highway but the walls are paper thin. We could hear the kid next door crying early in the morning. Didn't mind that much as we had our kids with us and we were already up. Watching the Disney fireworks from the pool was a plus. All in all... it was a first and a last time stay for us. Thank you staff for being so nice, let's try to dust a bit more please 🙃
