Loved our stay. The resort is gorgeous. The restaurants fabulous. Our room was great. The only warming is don’t lock your door and go out to your patio. The patio doors lock. Ha ha. Warning. Staff are great. We will be back.

Thank you for your kind words! Here's a tip, only our walk-out garden room patio doors lock. There is a special key hanging right by the door, so you can let yourself back in. Looking forward to your next visit!

Loved the location, pool and food options on site. Had asked valet upon arrival if there was self parking option and told no. Then at checkout told $49 night for valet. When noted the price was high with no self park option, front desk said there is self parking for $30 a night. So valet lied. Front desk did discount $20, however would have been much cheaper to self park!

Overall our stay was great! The only issue was the valet. When we picked up our car at the end of our stay it was obviously covered in spilt beer all over the inside and when we called about it they wouldn’t do anything. Besides the valet, the staff and facility itself was amazing and beautiful.

My husband and I were really looking forward to staying in this hotel for the first time as this was our 25th wedding anniversary. Well, on first impression, the landscaping of the hotel was beautiful. The views were stunning. We ate on the premises, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the food for all three meals were OK. My husband was a bit disappointed. My husband and I both utilized the spa and enjoyed it for a couples massage and the amenities were nice. Our room was beautiful we stayed in an ocean view king bed room. But everything was wrong in that room! The bed did not favor the view! Who designed that? The smoke detector above the bed was blinking like a strobe light all night long! It was seriously piercing light in a dark room. Directly above the bed, you couldn’t even hide from it under the covers! The restaurant down below needs to put noise softeners on the bottom of their chairs because they scraped on the floor all night long, so don’t plan on sleeping because the walls don’t keep out much noise in this place😵‍💫 We could only afford One night, but I feel like it wasn’t worth it. We would come and use the spa again though, but stay in a different hotel.

We were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff, making our stay truly memorable. The easy beach access added to the delight of our experience. The property's impeccable maintenance further elevated our enjoyment. So much so, that we found ourselves contemplating extending our stay, reluctant to depart. Without a doubt, we'll be returning for another remarkable stay in the future.

Beautiful view of the beach and breath taking sunset. Enjoyed walking around the extensive property and gorgeous landscape. Easy walk to the beach and pier. The staff was very attentive to questions and guided us to where we wanted to be.

We got upgraded to the over sized king sized room with partial ocean view for 20 dollars. It was worth the upgrade. The room was spacious and neat. The walls are very thin so expect to even hear the foot steps. The pool was heated and neat and so was the jacuzzi. The environment and atmosphere was very warm, welcoming and relaxing. We had breakfast buffet which was a disappointment. For $38 i expected a lot more meat options and dessert options. Overall loved the experience.

The property was very clean and tidy. Staff gracious and helpful Some noisy renovations were occurring in rooms nearby which although did not start till later in the morning preventing us sleeping in as long as planned. (the banging travels through the walls) Unfortunately it was not advertised that in the off season most restaurants were closed and there was only one eating option. It had a limited menu and was quite noisy. After one visit we opted to walk the 15 min into town for meals. Very disappointing for an expensive/up market property. I feel a warning of available facilities on booking woudl have been appropriate

We apologize that your stay was during a small renovation project. We have a total of 7 dining options, although our poolside and beach dining are seasonal. We do hope you will give us another try as we have become a favorite among out of town guests and locals for Watertable and Pete's Sunset Grille.

Great experience, we loved the bridge over PCH it made walking to the the beach easy and stress-free. The staff is so friendly and thoughtful. Free use of beach chairs and beach towels was so convenient. We loved our stay
