Glitch at checkin- yet everything else was great!Posted Aug 23, 2015
Had a glitch with the room key not working, then getting a room that had one bed instead of two, as reserved. Once that was resolved, everything was absolutely excellent!

Good option for Disneyland with kidsPosted Aug 20, 2015
Pros: Clean rooms, friendly staff, very reasonable price
Cons: The family/kids suite needs a place to sit. Also, more dining options at the hotel; breakfast buffet for $25 is steep!
Location: Besides Disneyland -- Starbucks (in the hotel!), Red Robin, Outback Steakhouse, Target
The family/kids suite is very open, with lots of floor space for the kids in the bunkbed room. In fact, there's so much space that they could add a sofa or a couple of chairs, which it needed. The only seating was the beds. The bathroom was very small for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under age 10). There is a Starbucks on premise, which was great. We'd get breakfast pastries there each morning, instead of paying for the rather pricey breakfast at the hotel's Tusca restaurant. The hotel has a dedicated shuttle to and from Disneyland. It was always on time, leaving the hotel at :15 and :45, and leaving Disneyland at :00 and :30. Unfortunately, it's not always clear who is standing in line for the shuttle, and more than once we witnessed a kerfuffle about who should be getting on the shuttle first. This was a problem at the hotel getting on the shuttle in the mornings, but especially problematic when leaving Disneyland after it has closed, when the whole crowd might not fit on one shuttle. When it's late and kids are tired, adults get very cranky with the shuttle driver! Upon checkout we saw that we were charged for a $85 dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was not our charge. The desk clerk found the receipt and noticed the room number was misread -- it should have been charged to someone else. He took the charge off. But it landed on our credit card anyway the next day. I called the hotel and they said they have credited our account.

Location: Disneyland is within walking distance , plenty of restaurants and a big Target near by .
I had been staying in this hotel every time I come to LA since 2002 . Hotel real nice clean and classy . Constantly upgrading and remodeling its facilities . Very accommodating staff , love there buffet breakfast ( Used to be free when you stay there ) . Highly recommend to everyone .

I loved how close it was to Disneyland. This was way nicer then the Disney hotel, for about a third of the price. Definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel in OrangePosted Aug 17, 2015
Pros: Comfortable large rooms
Cons: On site amenities expensive.
Location: Disney is close, although that was not my reason for being there.
Nice, comfortable and very large hotel. The TV did not work in my room, but that was fixed very quickly.

Excellent hotel, very convenient for Disneyland.Posted Aug 17, 2015
Excellent hotel with a modern open air feel. Reliable air conditioned shuttle to Disney with a nominal fee: $5 adults, $2 kids. One of the few shuttles with a covered waiting area at Disney. Hotel staff and shuttle staff are extremely friendly. Hotel is walking distance to Target and restaurants Red Robin, Joe's Crab Shack and Outback Steakhouse. We normally stay at the Disney hotels but I wanted to save money and try this out. It worked out great for us! We'd go back. : )

Good for Disney getawayPosted Aug 15, 2015
It would have been a better stay if it were not for the transport help. I was next in line to ask help about hailing a cab- w/c the concierge lady said valet/transport will help us with. The guy at the counter helped the couple behind me. I was next in line. It made me think that employees choose who to help. Right, because maybe I didn't look important. Anyways, I am NOT coming back. It's basic customer service.
