Your staff was great- every person at registration, the team at the bar, the valet folks.... literally every single staff member we encountered was great. Plus, the decor throughout the space with the MCM vibe was really well done. Kudos! We will be back!

The location is prime, from restaurants, shopping and the beach. We stayed for the weekend and the hotel was pet friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay at Kimpton Shorebreak again.

Everything was outstanding, they really have it set up nicely, with fun ammenities....the only thing that could have made it even better would be a hot tub.

Cool beach motif, has a daily meet and greet with guests, huge gas fire pits with S’mores, an excellent restaurant and is in a fantastic location right by the pier. The hotel offers free bikes and a small selection of surf boards. Has games such as corn hole, ping pong and foosball. Great vibe!

Love the atmosphere, the fact they have bikes available we took them out every day. Enjoyed wine and appetizer hour. the convenience to the beach is amazing. Daytime hours it seems very safe, nighttime however not so much. Games and smores always a big hit with our family.

I loved waking up and seeing the ocean in the morning. The hotel was right in the mix. Walk to a coffee shop, restaurants and lots of shopping. Watch the sunset from the balcony. S’mores in the courtyard and the free bike use were nice touches. We will be back for sure!

There staff was not very helpful or friendly check in at 4pm don’t waste your time with trying to check in early they will look at you like your dumb I expected the cleanness of the room to be a lot cleaner

Amazing Staff! Stephanie at the front desk wrote a beautiful note to my daughter wish her luck in her dance competition. It made her night! We created memories making S’mores in the evening and having hot chocolate in the mornings! We cant wait to go back in April! Thank you Kimpton Shorebreak!

After a 2 day stay at Disneyland and the surrounding hotel options it was really amazing to decompress and relax next to the beach and have everything be laid back. This hotel helped us recharge. Honestly the only real complaint I would have is making the bathrooms a little more private. When traveling with our kids sometimes its nice to have a locked door while taking a bath.

This place is so fun, so convenient. Shoobie booked us in and even with a hiccup on placing incidentals on a different card, he found the right answer! And Nicholas was able to get us in the right room! As far as the ability to play records in your room, definitely needs an upgrade. Speakers are damaged and the stylus wouldn’t stay on the record. That being said, many people don’t know how to play wax anymore 😕 Overall a great stay!

This is our go to place to stay whenever we visit HB. Great location, walking distance to everything. Love the amenities included in the daily resort fee (beach chairs, bikes for adults and kids, smores kits, daily happy hour, coffee/tea/hot cholate bar). The list goes on and on. Absolutely love this hotel.

Not what it used to be.
The room not very clean at all. The sheets looked dirty. My gf was itching like crazy from the first night we stayed. The bathroom was disgusting. Our room number was broken. Room service was terrible. We called and called, no one answered. When we called the front desk they said we had to go down to place our order. That’s not room service. The foosball table is assembled incorrectly as well. Also, you’re charged for parking from the hotel as well as the parking garage. So you pay 72 dollars a day to park there. That’s incredibly expensive. We will not be coming back to Kimpton Shorebreak.
