The shower handle was broken. The vent fan was broken. The door kept hitting the door to the shower and toilet area. The hot tub was cold. The beds were really small. The stairs had gum and spit on the railings.

I dont like that the main entrance is locked 24hrs a day. You must have a key just to get into the lobby. Makes it difficult if you haven't checked in yet. Apparently that started during the covid lockdown and they just kept it locked down to this day.

Nice that they have deaf service for me! Door flasher and alarm vibration ready for me! When my key was bad and they came and replace without me telling them that key was bad! Love that hotel spa. But no bacon and eggs scrambled for breakfast. Please add it so that I can come back soon!

Bed was comfy, rooms a bit outdated. I like that the hotel is non smoking; however, if those guests who smoke need a place to smoke, there is no bench and smokers pole. A place should be available, that is covered within a proper distance from doors that is safe (especially for female guests) to do so. Had no interaction with staff. Breakfast was pretty good, a mix of continental & cook to order. Did have a few days that were noisy (slamming doors and loud talks in hallways outside my door) and inconsiderate.

My checked in was good. I felt very welcome. The beds were not so comfortable and they need to put extra pillows. There were very floppy. The room was clean. Breakfast was okay. No meat, so don’t expect to find eggs bacon or sausages. Personally I didn’t like the waffles. There were lack of flavor so do the syrup.

My room was on the 4th floor and the hallway had a very heavy mildew stench. High touch areas seemed pretty grimy. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. I didn’t make any complaints as I was only there for two nights and too busy to stop and talk to the employees. Stay overall was okay, but probably wouldn’t stay there again unless the hotel was updated.

Overall a clean hotel. They could pick a new darker carpet in hallways, sime staining but that's from guests not their fault. The lobby area is beautiful and modern. Wish they had sausage or bacon for breakfast. Overall a nice hotel.
