The sheets smells really bad like old laundry. Musty smell even after they changed to new sheets. The pillows are very clumpy and old so is the mattress. Everything is so uncomfortable and dirty. We could hear people talk next door. And random people roam around the hotel.

The room was horrible carpet wasn’t clean was food on the fridge I ask for cleaning and they say everything yes but never happened on tree nights I was there is the worst hotel that I stayed

Great hotel, nice and clean, the wing we stayed in was quite quiet, so on a few occasions i came out to find drug users sitting on the ground near my door. Didnt feel overly safe. The room next to ours clearly had an issue in the past as the door looked to be possibly broken into, maybe by the police. And there were dead bugs all over the window sill. Overall pretty good for the money, with great breakfast and coffee, but feel maybe more security could be added

We were only here for one night, but it was a nice hotel with great customer service. The shuttle driver was wonderful, and drove me back to the airport after I had left a piece of my luggage behind. He waited for me while i wandered around looking for the lost and found, and was really pleasant the whole time. A lot of hotels with free breakfast only serve pastries and waffles, but La Quinta had omelets and sausage as well, which was a nice surprise. Overall it was a great ecperience and reasonably priced.

Pros: -Safe -Clean rooms -Quiet -Free parking and lots of it. Cons: -Lots of stairs, one elevator. -Breakfast is not worth going to. Don't stay there just because they provide breakfast. Will definitely be staying there again soon.

My minimum requirements for a hotel room is that it should be clean, quiet, and have a working bathroom. The toilet in our room would not flush, which we found out at 11pm after a late check in. The next morning the front desk just said "ok". Luckily there is a bathroom in the lobby. The rooms were not quiet. People were yelling late into the night. If we could have left in the middle of the night, we would have.

Older property with updated rooms. Staff was very friendly at check in. The wind was blowing very hard and my windows rattled and whistled all night. The bed was comfortable and the room felt clean.

The area was nice but there were shady people in the parking lot and standing outside rooms at night. As a solo traveler, didn't feel very safe. Prices weren't bad and rooms were fairly clean. I'd stay here again.

The area we thought was decent but this place is used by illegal activities. Very unsafe place to stay especially with children. Our neighbors partied all night yelling and banging the walls and no one did anything about it. No one answers the calls at night. I wasn't about to walk outside to go to the front when such dangerous things are happening. Then we're woken up by paramedics and Santa Ana Fire taking a woman to the hospital for something but she came back and was sitting in their van smoking something out of a glass pipe. There was also a huge bug in the room when we got there and it wasn't very clean. No one came to throw our trash out or change towels. Had to do that all myself.

Best hotel stay under $150 in the area. There were a few small details that could be annoying to some but considering it's Southern California where most affordable hotels are almost always sad and close to inhabitable this one is a good value.

Upon entering first room the room looked and smelled old . But then upon entering bathroom I saw roaches on the wall . After further inspection I saw some coming from the base boards . Looked around the bed since that was not cool I saw roach eggs at the side of my bed . I had to change rooms . But what made it worse I was charged over 780 for someone else’s room because of a miss handle on my card not to mention my own room I had paid for . Now I have to wait to get my money back which luckily didn’t cost me overdraft fees . Yeah this was not acceptable.
