Close to Disneyland

Great hotel for the price. Modest but good breakfast. This hotel was perfect for our stay. The room was nicely renovated and always very clean. Great friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is older so it isn't very sound proof you could hear the people on the hallway. We had a great stay. It was perfect for what we needed. We spent all day at Disneyland and just came back to sleep. The shuttle is twice a day so we didn't use this service, but it was nice to have this option available.

Seattle, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that had transpired throughout your stay. We appreciate your time to bring out certain aspects that would further improve the standards and quality of accommodations on our property and particularly about the public area such as the corridors, and carpeting on the hallways as you have mentioned on your review. Primarily, the hotel is definitely a non-smoking property. We do provide a one designated outdoor smoking area at the property to accommodate the needs of guests who smoke. Smoking is prohibited in all public places like the lobby, hallways, pool and at the courtyard area. We do apologize if other guests beyond unforeseen circumstances have become nuisance to your stay. The hotel is indeed located conveniently near the Anaheim Convention Center, Disneyland and other Southern California’s theme parks and accessible to shopping and restaurant destinations. Our outstanding team always go above and beyond in the best possible way that we can to assist you in all of your needs. Again, we sincerely appreciate your stay with us and definitely looking forward to see you again at the hotel.

Lemon Tree Inn & Suites Anaheim

Pros: The jacuzzi.
Cons: Improve available parking. Clean showers more thoroughly.
Location: Disneyland
I will start by saying, you get what you pay for with this place. After spending the day at Disneyland I just needed a bed to crash on and looked up what was around. This place was the cheapest and there's a reason for it. First it's a mom-and-pop motel, not a typical chain which should've been red flag #1. Not exactly located in the better part of Anaheim despite its closeness to the park. Parking was impossible, after checking in I ended up circling around the hotel and nothing was available. I went back into the office and the guy said just park next to the handicap spot which wasn't a legit parking spot. Definitely did not feel safe leaving my car out there. The room was ok for the most part, didn't really require a lot of amenities which was fine. Surprisingly had a full kitchen with fridge, sink and cupboards... looked more like a studio apartment than a motel room. I did like the use of the jacuzzi after a long day walking around Disneyland, definitely the highlight of my stay. The shower looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in awhile but I've seen worse in college so I didn't mind but I know if I was with someone they wouldn't have been happy. Overall I would say if you're desperate for a room, stay here but you're better off spending a little more at a Motel 6.

Ok place but that's about it

Parking is very tight. Room was ok but bathroom had no lock which was not comfortable with five people. They have a breakfast but might as well not because it's not very edible. For the money I would not stay here again
