Dont go there!

Could not understand the counter person. The room was old and dated. Carpet was stained, counter was stained, bathroom door was dirty, bathroom was very small and had no fan. The beds were very hard and one of them sounded like it was gonna colapse when i sat on it. We were there for 2 days and it was not cleaned during that time, even though we were not there when it should have been cleaned. When we asked about it, the maid asked if she could just do it the next day, as she handed us some towels. There is plenty more to say, but I think i have wasted enough of my time on that place.

Went the cheaper route.

I felt like I was staying in someone's undecorated, thrown together apartment. The breakfast space is not big enough to accommodate hoe many people there were, neither was the amount of food.

Nauseating smell

I Woke up middle of night due to smoke/febreze smell coming from a non smoking room. It wouldn't go away even after airing out the room. AC was too cold and distributed air unevenly.

Smelly Carper

Cons: Needs to be remodeled! New carpets beds pillows and sheets. Someone needs to look at the plumbing
Will never return to this hotel and i don't recommend it. Our carpet room smelled really bad. Our beds felt super old. Shower water was draining very slow. Not enough parking! I paid very high price for 2 nights, hotel looks nothing to the online photos. I paid very high price for this bullcrap!

Needed a place to stay, overpriced for what you get. Staff nice but overwhelmed. Free breakfast was a joke. No food within 90 mins. Rooms nice but very musty and water didn't go down in shower.

Could hear everything out in the hall and other rooms. Smelt like smoke. Someone was smoking weed while we were there.

While the guest rooms are built to be sound proof and restrict outside noise, there were situations that other hotel guests would create distractions and noises. If reported immediately, our hotel strictly implements zero tolerance for noise complaints that cause disruption of other staying guests and will be dealt by management in an expeditious manner. Primarily, the hotel is definitely a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all public places like the lobby, hallways, pool and at the courtyard area. Stinky room.

Pros: I didn't like anything!!
Cons: The room needs to get an overall cleaning. Smells bad!!
Location: Was close to Disneyland.
The room smelled like urine. There was no ice. To get a parking spot was a real pain. Had to go up stairs with luggage. No elevator. Sheets smelled bad.

Clean and comfortable!!

I loved this hotel! Our family of six stayed here for two nights and were pleasantly surprised. The family suite that had 2 queen and 1 king bed was a bargain! The beds were comfortable, bathroom came stocked with big bottles of shampoo and conditioner, and they offered a continental breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located by theme parks and plenty of restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel to others and we will definitely be back next year!!
