Not worth the money

Posted Jun 13, 2017
Horrible experience. Refrigerator and microwave not working. Bath plug did not work. Asked for additional wash rags and was given oil stained blackened cut up old towels. Desk clerks rude. Breakfast was disgusting. Uncooked sausage, not enough waffle batter and boiled eggs. People smoking in the hallway and stairway. Will never stay here again next time we visit Disneyland and definitely will not recommend to anyone. Stay elsewhere if you can.

i would pay more for a better one

Posted May 31, 2017
First it's close to Disney but honestly it's not clean, first off it smells moldy or something. Then when I go to turn the ac on there's an old sausage on the floor, a sausage. Ok whatever it's late and we are sleepy with a baby, we use our blankets and sleep. The beds are hard. When we wake up in the morning theres a spider in our bed!!! And my baby was sleeping with us. I would recommend you invest a little more and stay at a better hotel. It's a nice place but the rooms can be way cleaner. We didn't bother to complain we just left and hopefully never be back.

Far from Disneyland no shuttle.

Posted May 24, 2017
Hotel had no working wifi they said it would be down for 1 or 2 hours turned out to be for my whole stay which was a couple of nights. There was only 1 shuttle that went to Disneyland which was only at 8:30 am and that was the only time they had it run other than that you would have to drive or get a lyft or uber. The room had some things that didn't work and missing lights as well.

Thank you very much for your valuable feedback. We do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and most specifically on what had transpired on your recent stay. On a very rare occurrence during your visit, the hotel had been undergoing a major installation and upgrading of our internet service provider and takes considerable time to successfully finish the process. Definitely, our guest reception can assist you with anything if you require to print tickets, boarding passes and obtain directions to places of interests. The hotel provides shuttle services to Disneyland Park on a first-come, first-serve basis on a limited seating availability. We apologize if you were not able to avail this service. Again, we sincerely appreciate your stay with us and please let us know for any additional assistance for your next visit.

Ac didn't cool the room down, we had to leave windows open due to the heat and humidity in the room. Beds were uncomfortable and blankets, pillow and overall room looked out dated. Breakfast wasn't not even good at at all. I'd rather pAy more money to stay somewhere nicer.

Meh. Great for sleeping

Posted May 21, 2017
Pros: the staff, the process, the price for sure! And the pool and rooms generally are pretty decent!
Cons: The sheets, linens, the towels and the pillows are TERRIBLE! clean your rooms and get new sheets!!! oh and teach your staff to PLEASE change sheets
Location: short drive to disney, the local environment is scummy
I had stayed here previously, and this wasn't the BEST experience for one reason, THE SHEETS WERE NEVER CHANGED (or clean). We were checked in by Marc, he was fantastic. He made check in easy and friendly. He was smiley and I can't say enough good. He surprised us with a room upgrade with a pool view and that was fine. The room needed help, it was severely outdated and the pillows were gross. The sheets had weird stains and even when we asked for them to be changed, they always found their way back to the bed! Comfort was fine, it suited our needs. I don't know if I will stay here again mainly because: the pillows, the bedding, the towels (thin). And the parking is terrible, this is the second time that work trucks have taken up 4-6 different spaces. We got bombarded by people off the streets for money and I just didn't appreciate that. Its the area, not the hotels fault. Its only a short drive which is nice, its cheap, its clean enough for a nights sleep and the bathrooms are great! The wifi was fast, the breakfast smelled great! Its great if you're on a budget but I might not stay here again!

If you want a good night sleep, don't stay here.

Posted May 21, 2017
Pros: uh...
Cons: Hire someone that knows how to run a hotel.
Location: Find a better place to stay.
Noisy all night long. People banging on the walls. Loud hallway traffic all night. No desk in the room. The free breakfast was a circus and messy. They ran out of food. Foreigners galore. This hotel was crawling with whiny crying kids. Crazy nightmare of a place to stay.

Quiet and comfortable

Posted May 16, 2017
Pros: Conveniently located
Cons: Softer pillows and possibly mattress
Location: located near food, gas stations and about 15 min away from Buena Park strip (Medieval Times, Bodies Exhibit, Knott's Berry Farm, etc.)
Hotel was located near our destination. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room with hot tub was both convenient and nice. Shower was stocked with full sized body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Only drawback was that the mattress and pillows were a little hard. Breakfast was an A+; better than most continental breakfasts. Parking was a little limited. I have no major complaints. Would stay here in the future.

Nice room, pretty grounds.

We had the family suite the rooms were nice, bed a little uncomfortable. Pool and hot tub were nice. Continental breakfast area a little small for the number of guests being served, more waffle makers needed. Otherwise breakfast was good.

Dirty towels were taken but not replaced. Maids makeup beds but don't change sheet sets, The bathtub barely drained. If someone was using the sink it backed up into the tub. The room smelled. If you already get this hotel please look around you, you can see couple drug users and street workers they using this hotel. Also, I am wondering How this Hotel got 3 stars. Absolutely not 3 star Hotel
