Decent motel close to the disneyland parks

Pros: Wifi was excellent, Price for the motel was competitve Location is excellent as it is 4 miles away from Disneyland parks
Cons: Carpets need cleaning, Swimming pool non functional.
My family and I stayed for a week at this motel. Pros: The owner was nice and friendly. The rooms were pretty decent for the price. They provide microwave and a small fridge which was great for a motel. The location is excellent as it is 4 miles from Disneyland parks. Cons. We had to leave a day earlier due to a slight change of plans and the motel owner could not refund us our money for 1 day that we did not stay. The carpets require some cleaning in the rooms.

It's cheap.

Pool was not usable or kids And I was downgraded to a single king room and then told it was the only room. Available. Everything else was ok and worked.

Dirty and Horrible Staff Service

Checked in and thought it wouldn't be so bad based on the exterior. Made us pay full balance up front and sign off on no refunds. Should have said let me see the room first but I was tired. Room was presentable at first glance. Upon closer examination. 1. Pretty sure the pillows are decades old, very thin. 2. Spills down the walls in at least 4 areas with no attempt to wipe them down. 3. Carpet soiled when walked on barefoot our feet turned black very quickly 4. Only 1 towel for two guests. When we inquired for additional we were told they didn't have any. When we pushed the subject they stayed we had to wait almost an hour because he couldn't leave his desk. When pushed further he brought up two new towels with tags still on them. 5. Upon check in we stated no services would be needed as we were only staying two nights. Upon leaving the first morning we placed the do not disturb sign on the door. Came back late at night to our bathroom being serviced. Total violation of privacy. When discussed with the office his response was go ahead and sue me. 6. Hairdryer broken and did not rectify, back of dryer missing and will rip hair and it only works on low and cool. 7. Reused key card holder, it was dirty and gross 8. No weather stripping around the door.

Close enough to Disneyland, bed comfortable, nightstand lights didn't work, tv didnt work.

Sold 2-star. Fridge didn't work.Indoor latch lock damaged. Few towels. No daily service. Homeless walking by and asking for $. No lobby check-in, as you have to use external window (and this was an early 7pm). No food. Ice costs 50 cents. Shower head is old and crusty and uncomfortable. Sheets and pillow cases are very thin. People smoking on balconies with no oversight to stop it, this smoking smell comes into room. I stayed 2 doors down last year for less than $10 more and get food, ice, lobby check-in. Walking distance to a couple of places but be wary of riff-raff around. I didn't rate 1-star because owners were nice and it wasn't super dumpy. It's no 4 or 5 star. 3-star room quality, but services, fridge, ice, surrounding environment knocks it down to 2. Basically, they are trying to do the minimum possible to keep costs down, and it creates inconveniences. At checkout, some whack-job lady not from hotel was outside office asking to borrow phone. She might have been a lady-of-the-night, given how she was dressed and looked. Can't confirm, but the owner at checkout said "don't let her borrow phone. She doesn't stay here. She's bad news." Well great - why don't you get rid of her?

Why ask?

Our stay was great the only issue I had was that during check-in I was asked if we needed "Room service" since we were staying 2 nights, I said "No". The next day on our return we've had room service!!! Why ask if they were going in our room anyway?

waz nice, some reviews said the place is dirty and found roaches but i didn't see any roaches and the room was pretty clean.
