Vea is beautiful, clean, safe and has a great vibe. Perfect location for Newport Beach stay. The staff was amazing... made sure every detail was perfect during our stay. Food was great! Will be staying here again!!

They have the most amazing customer service, from start to finish. Hennessey and Viktor went above and beyond to make our stay very memorable and enjoyable!! The amenities inside and outside are just wonderful! Highly recommend staying here!

Great property with a lively restaurant and bar. Great pool and hot tub w pool Bar. Definitely need to do something about the towels in the room. Very rough and scratchy. Surprised by that. Everything else was great. Nice location.

Property needs updated. The pool and outdoor pool were beautiful. Our room was dirty with crumbs all over the floor, so housekeeping had to come clean. Needs updated badly and the cleanliness was awful in rooms

Really nice hotel
Awesome stay. The staff at the front desk went out of their way to get me into a nice room with a view of the ocean. The room was a good size and very clean, and looks like it was newly upgraded (I stayed in the sky tower). I ate at the restaurant late in the evening and the food was good.

Our room was not clean. Hair in the bed, feces in the toilet, urine on the toilet, hair in the glass located in the bathroom and pubic hair on the phone. We requested our room be cleaned while we stepped out for dinner,when returned only the toilet was cleaned but no linens changed and pubic hair still on the phone. They did move us but to a smaller room.

Valet, restaurant and bar, excellent service but on day of checkout, we waited over 25 minutes in our room for a bellman. Called front desk, NO answer. I walked down to the front desk no one was in the lobby, 2 checkout individuals stand there and ALL the bell carts sitting there. When I told them they FINALLY got someone. Not sure what their problem was but no sure if we’ll return. Too many choices nearby.

Loved everything about this property. Excellent service all around. Clean, comfortable & spacious rooms. The hotel is located right across the street from fashion island, so there’s lots of shopping & restaurants to choose from. Complimentary transportation w/in a 3 mile radius of the property.

The pool and view from the pool were amazing. The room was excellent and service from the front desk was ideal. Fitness center was excellent as was the restaurant and bar areas. Overall I would definitely make a point of staying again. I would suggest charging stations for customers like myself with hybrid/plug-in vehicles.

The staff was amazing. The Fall Festival was a fantastic event, that we were surprised to see. All of the accommodations were top notch. We didnt have time to visit the restaurant. However, the food served in the pool area.

The front desk did not accommodate me in any kind of way. The lady at the front desk at first said they had no upgrades available, but then said she would see if her Manager would accommodate. After waiting 15 minutes, she came back and said her manager said no but try again the following day. I asked that following morning, and the same thing occurred. I've worked in hospitality for years, and this was very disappointing.
