The rooms online look great

Posted Sep 27, 2015
And the funny thing is they actually look just like the pictures online , which is nice . However there were quite a few cockroaches crawling around randomly.

Pros: TV, fridge and micro. mattress comfortable. large room. pool was small but refreshing.
Cons: repaint, repair exterior walkways, stairs. get a real breakfast room with real food. shampoo carpets. cleaners need to replace used items every day
Location: At the sketchy end of Orangethorpe but close to Denny's, Target, and a couple nicer chain hotels.
Very basic motel where your window and entrance overlook the outside walkway and every one passes your window on the way to their room . Everything is old. Prices attract some odd folks - men with no shirts leaning for the bannister watching people come and go, ladies who jump in the pool with their street clothes on....But rooms are clean, bathroom spotless. Bedding looked new. They say breakfast included - but that assumes you would choose to eat packaged donuts with a soft brownish banana while standing up in the lobby. Desk personnel were friendly. If I were a woman alone, I would not stay here for possible safety reasons.

I would never stay here!!!!

Terrible customer service. They are nice until they get your money then they treat you like you don't matter. It's no wonder they were over 50% off on a holiday weekend. If you have other options or and extra $10-$20 pick a different place!

Just ok. Probably wouldn't stay there again

The room was beautifullying put together, but when you started to notice the little things, it was a deal breaker. Our window had no lock, it was broken. They had a window stopper in it, and it top was broken. We had to take all of our important stuff with us for fear someone would open the window and take our stuff. Additionally, we paid ahead of time, but we're informed when we got there that there were more convenience fees to stay there.

We stayed because of the heat, needed air conditio

Posted Sep 10, 2015
Room is nothing like the pictures. We stayed cause we needed to stay out of the heat, so that met our needs. No wash clothes, 3 towels and Kleenex container empty.

Not the best by far. My stay was for 3 nights. Mostly just slept and ran out on errands. Card kept on deactivating, had to go to front toffice to have them re-activate. Still then card wouldnt work. Personnel had to come open the door for me. No one was at front desk at time of check-out, after waiting 10 minutes I decided to hust leave the room keys there and left.

Tricky business dealings!

Posted Aug 3, 2015
Pros: Close to Knott's facilities.
Cons: Room maintenance (caulking, cleaning showerheads, minor stuff like that)
Location: It's Buena Park. Lots of stuff to do.
I thought the hotel was okay until after I checked out and saw the "additional" charges. I was quoted a price on Expedia based on 3 adults and one 16 year old child which was a good deal for the area. When I got home I saw an additional charge from the hotel for a over 20 bucks on top of what I had agreed to as the room price. When I called the hotel they said they charged additional for extra people even though that wasn't in the initial agreement. Beware staying here or at least evaluate fairly by tacking on a Jackson per person on top of what Expedia says. Then decide which is the better deal this hotel or the competitors.

Not like the pictures. The outside looks like a motel. But the rooms look nice they need to do some touchups room 101 has a hole in the wall and its bath tub needs to b redone. The pool area needs new modern furniture pretty much needs to b brought back to life
