We love that theres a kitchen. It is so convenient that the room have a kitchen sink, microwave, fridge, plates, bowls and dishwasher. And it is walking distance to Disneyland. Will definitely stay here when i visit the area again.

It says parking available at the hotel website but upon getting there it's all valet parking costing $32 plus tax a pop per night of stay which was pretty misleading on the website saying parking available. Secondly the some of the staff members can be condescending and very dismissive to complains from guests. Thirdly beware the breakfast area entry door stops recognizing guest room cards or even the digital cards starting from 9am and they say breakfast starts at 6.30am-9.30am including a sign across the door stating that. I trie getting in on two ocassions at 9am but could not gain entry the card was locked out including other guests

You are correct that they should note the charge and that valet is all that is available at our property due to our lot constraints. Our breakfast room door lock has been addressed and updated with the proper timing. The breakfast room does serve all the until 9:30 each day, and I am very sorry to hear that your interactions with the team were unsatisfactory. A great place to stay when you’re going to Disneyland. You’ll be comfortable and buffet breakfast is an add on, definitely will come back since our family is growing. My baby has a huge place to go around the room. Very good with families with baby too.

Stayed 3 nights for our trip to Disneyland. Hotel was great, about 10-12 minutes to the gates. Wish breakfast had a little more diversity, it seemed like they only have two menus they rotate every other day. Our room was clean and didn’t feel too cramped. Our only complaint would be that ALL the pillows were WAY too soft, absolutely no support. Most hotels offer a soft and firm pillow but ours were terrible. Other than that we had a great stay.

This was our first time at this property. Arriving late was not a problem. We had asked for 2 rooms close to each other and they made it happen for us. The walk to the park is doable. Loved their decorations for the season!

Good hotel for the price
It was a decent price for the hotel. Felt clean, wish they would if cleaned the rooms more then once every 3 days though. Neighbors were EXTREMELY loud but that’s not the hotels fault. I didn’t expect this home to suites. I thought I was booking the other one

Nice new property
A great new property close to the parks. Really liked the in room kitchenette which allowed us to store our drinks and snack for this mi day breaks. Pool was good too.

We stayed here for 6 nights for a trip to Disneyland and area. The location is excellent for being able to walk 10 minutes to Disney. There are also many decent restaurants nearby. We were lucky to be on the “Disney” side of the hotel, because the freeway is next to the hotel and there is a lot of road noise. Overall, the hotel and pool area is very clean. However, we had several issues with our room that needed to be addressed. The bathroom fan wasn’t working, which was fixed by the hotel. Then the air conditioner started making noise and required 2 calls to the front desk to get it repaired. Then the toilet wouldn’t refill which I was able to fix myself. The hotel staff was attentive to our issues and fixed them, but it was surprising that they even occurred at all given the price point of the hotel. Upon checkout, they waived our parking fee for us. I would stay here again, and wouldn’t be dissuaded from returning even with the issues that we had. The staff were very good, the hotel was clean and it’s in a very good location.

Poor parking situation
Thr property was nice but the parking situation is terrible. They are very unorganized. They added an extra car to our room and double charged us for a 2nd car. I would get a new parking company. The only option for parking was valet which was inconvenient. I had to make sure i got everything thst i needed out of my car the first time. Otherwise it would have been a hassle to get back to my car.

This hotel was great! Very easy walk to Disneyland. Breakfast was great too and a good start for the day. Mandatory valet service which would have been fine except their text didn’t work, so you have to go down to valet to retrieve your car.

Comfortable stay for a big Family
The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. I rated it four stars due to no shuttle service to the park and repetitive breakfast selection. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but I would probably stay closer to the Disneyland themepark and would make sure there is shuttle service to and from the park.

We liked the hotel. It was spacious and clean. We really liked the full kitchen. And we really liked how close it was to Disneyland (about a 10-12 min walk).

Called for early check-in. I was told I would be accommodated since I was arriving after a long morning flight. I arrived 1 hour before regular check-in and was told by a very rude front desk girl that it was never guaranteed. Parking was charged 2x. Breakfast was mediocre. The cleaning staff was nice and very helpful.

This was a great property for one night before Disneyland. I didn’t like the fact that they did not provide hair conditioner, only shampoo. They also did not provide slippers in the room. They have a nice sized jacuzzi outside and the bar was great! My husband and I ordered room service and the food was awesome and service was very fast!

I loved the walking distance to disneyland, staff and valet service was great. Buffet breakfast was awosome. Property was brand new and clean. The only complain was the horrible gym hours, which started at 8am.
