The room needed more cleaning although it wasn’t a disaster, at least for the time being the location was considerably good less noise and also convenient near the front desk couple of doors down.

Not sure about the smell of pot circling around our door at night but the hotel is easy to find and is clean. Food options are abundant in the area and the rooms are massive and well appointed. Shower pressure is nearly zero but it gets the job done. Did not try breakfast but it looked clean and welcoming.

We were traveling from out of the area and arrived earlier than 3pm check in. The staff was so friendly, accommodating, & flexible. A wonderful experience.

We stayed here on our trip to Disney it was the closest option that was within our budget! Max 25 min drive to the park, has many food options within 10-15 driving distance the room was clean however traffic noise was loud, and there were some flaws in the room, will stay here again!

Convenient hotel for the price and able to dine around the area, surrounded by other brand name hotels that offer the same services with a higher price. I would recommend going there, level of accommodation for noise reduction is having your tv on to mediate outside noise.

we got a good deal for what we paid, no issues, spa, pool, the balcony has no chair or small table seems like there room for that, Mcdonalds next door (closes 10pm) we walked to Taqueria de Anda 1/4 mile away

People at the front desk are very nice and helpful. We have asked for our room to be cleaned or spruced up for two days and she still says tomorrow because they are under-staffed and sold out last night.

You can't find a better place to stay in the area for the price. The rooms are all new, fresh and super clean. The whole staff is awesome! You can always find someone at the front desk, and they are all pleasant to work with. The maids and maintenance people are quick when you need anything. We stay here A LOT and are happy to book with them every time.

The entire eating area for free breakfast is down stairs so couldnt utilize free breakfast in wheelchair & with food specifications i need i couldnt just ask someone to do exactly what i needed. The breakfast was same entire time there & they limit your items you get to 1 of any item. Hallways have many bumps & hills making someone in manual wheelchair severely weaker trying to navigate around. The bathroom every time i entered had multiple baby roaches especially everywhere. Im sure they were in room but it was too dark carpet to be able to see how small those babies were which disgusts me. One of worst hotels ive stayed at.
