Checking in at almost 1am, it was great that the front desk gentleman was friendly. Dispite being the only one with security on site, he tried as fast as he could to get my family extra sheets for the pull out couch. Security was fast to respond too when we accidently locked bathroom door. We were all exhausted but staff was on their game. Breakfast was as good as it got for a complementary hot plate. Different options and eating out by the pool was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at Quality Suites John Wayne Airport. The room was spacious and clean. Furthermore, the staff were nice.

Breakfast was great. Would recommend having oatmeal. Maybe upgrade room with electronic lamps for USB outlets on table. Loved the safe in room.

Misleading services

Pros: Lower advertised price, but when they charge for services that are advertised as included, the benefit is not as great
Cons: Do what you advertise
One of the reasons I booked this hotel was that is was close to John Wayne airport and they had a shuttle. Turns out that they do not have a shuttle early in the morning. Other hotels I have stayed at near this airport either had the advertised shuttle service or paid for a cab ride to the airport. Not this hotel, so beware. Also, the lobby actually closes but there is someone working and they will just not let you in early in the morning. This seemed strange. Finally, the lobby person in the morning said their system was down and they could not get receipts printed. I gave him my email address and have yet to get my receipt. It has now been two days.

Driving to the hotel back from the park around 11:30 pm super tired me and family members,when we get to hotel security stop me I was thinking why's this and was just to tell me that is no more parking on the back so he take to a empty spot and just tell me that way you no have to be driving around looking...nice and friendly attitude.thanks
