Staff was great. The facilities were clean and was very comfortable. We stayed in a fully functional penthouse. We plan on revisiting in the summer and will stay longer. One night was not long enough. Thank you for hosting my family.

I have stayed here many times and I didn’t know they started charging for parking. They didn’t even mention it, they asked if we were had a car and that’s it. No mention of it’s a $15. Fee. I noticed it after I saw the charge through my card.

Syringe and dog hairs
The room was everything we were hoping for and more. The friendly front desk people made it even nicer. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The only problem we had was the cleanliness of the room itself. We found a syringe cover in the main bedroom. My wife is a nurse, so she had a spare pair of gloves to pick it up. When she picked it up she got 5 or 6 dog hairs too. That experience ruined it for me. An otherwise wonderful stay was ruined because the housekeeping team didn’t do their job.

The front desk staff was friendly and the breakfast was hot. The room was older and in disrepair, with a railing to the loft area that was not properly secured as it was off the support brackets which seemed unsafe. The pool area had a lot of trash that hadn’t been picked up which looked tacky. Not worth the $350 plus dollars we paid for the night

It was quiet and comfortable. The property was for sure a bit dated and needed some updates but it was comfortable. It’s great for a family stay with the 2 separated rooms and breakfast was great.

Aside from house keeping stealing my thermos bottle I accidentally left behind and being told “nothing was found or turned in from our room after we checked out” the hotel and front desk staff was fine. Given there are several other option for hotels within a 5 mile radius from where this hotel is located, it’s unlikely I’ll stay here again.

Hello Eliseo, I apologize that we were unable to find your thermos that was left behind. Our housekeepers are all trained to bring anything that they find in the room to our housekeeping supervisors. In addition, we have all our housekeeping supervisors check the room upon check out before any housekeeper enters the room to clean to make sure everything is out. Basic clean Residence Inn.
Exactly what you would expect from this chain. Full kitchen, dining table. Comfortable beds, adequate bathroom and good storage. Sound transfer from upstairs unit was quite noticeable, but convenience of staying on the first floor was worth it. Staff very friendly and breakfast better than average. Freeway sound is audible. Good value.

Great time at the Residence Inn
Great location and very clean property. The room is well appointed with a complete kitchen for someone staying on for more than a few days. There is also a laundry room, a few outdoor BBQ's, cornhole, pool, basketball court with balls, and a hot tub, They also have a few buildings set up for pet owners!

Very spacious
It was a wonderful stay in a penthouse suite with a family of 5. The stairs are a bit steep if you have little ones. Also, be prepared to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the front door.

You don't feel like you're in a hotel. The condo type facility is what I like. Breakfast is awesome. They serve rice! The pool does not look inviting and it's hard to maneuver the room keys. Overall stay is nice.

Staff at front desk was great! Check in early with no issues and ask to have a late checkout gave it with no charge. Breakfast was good. I stay at Hilton a lot, but after this visit I will be staying with Marriott more often.
