Club room well worth it

Posted Feb 3, 2016
Pros: Location...only a 10 minutes walk to the park and passes a CVS so we could get snacks for the room
Stayed Jan 25-29 in a club room. Had a view of the fireworks and enjoyed breakfast in the club room every morning. Packed water and lunch to take to the park from the club room Missed the nightly snacks a few times, but when we were around for it if was just the right amount of food for my girls that were not very hungry.

Only a couple blocks from Disneyland!

Really clean hotel! The shuttles were delayed during our stay, but the walk to the park was easy. Beds were clean and comfy. We got in for $124 a night...that's a STEAL.

not worth the price

Posted Jan 6, 2016
The Bathroom is really small, The room very standard. I felt as if I was in a Motel 8. Bathroom tub with bugs. My Room face construction and I heard the noise from the work it was being done. Under those circumstances the price should be a lot less than $150 per night more like $85 or$95 for what you are getting.

CHRISTMAS AWAY FROM HOME

Posted Dec 29, 2015
Pros: It's Alexander Lopez in their Club room that made our stay pleasant. A very entertaining and accommodating staff in that hotel.
Cons: Front office personnel should be knowledgeable of the rooms that they have in the property. They should acknowledge that Expedia brings them business
Location: The location is perfect for families to go back and forth Disneyland by walking. It is accessible to different restaurants and stores.
This is our first Family Christmas Vacation. It took me forever to make a choice in where our lodging would be. Sheraton was the closest to Disneyland which offered breakfast and happy hour for an additional fee, Club Level. To our dismay, our request for two queen beds weren't met and to top it all there was no air in the room. It was a miserable stay in this hotel.

Good walking distance. Poor lighting in room. Bad

Posted Dec 29, 2015
Poor lighting in room was not able to use closet because no light in that area. No internet service because I went through third party to book trip. No microwave in room. Right by elevators, very noisy. Could hear other guest on both sides of us. Stay at this hotel in April much better room and stay then. If this was our first visit would not stay here again. Also door opened the wrong way (room 711).

The hotel was with in walking distance of Disneyland and great restaurants. The hotel restaurant was excellent as well. We stayed in a room on the Disney side and it was awesome to be able to see the fireworks from the hotel instead of having to stay late at the park.

Disney Room Rip Off

Posted Dec 23, 2015
The hotel quality was as expected. It's nothing fancy nothing bad just Sheraton quality which to me makes it above average. The location was not bad and the amenities and staff were good. The rip off is that they charge you extra for a room that is called Disney and you are supposed to see the park and fireworks. Well all you can see is a building being built across from the hotel and nothing else. They should not charge more for such thing and update the rates to no include this false statements about Disney room anymore. I would say the hotel is not a bad option as long as you don't get ripped off like me with the Disney option.

Rooms are super small bathroom outdated & tiny! Staff was friendly, great location but very disappointed with the room.
