I liked everything about this property breakfast was good i would personally just cook the food a little bit longer other then that its fine the room was great i had the studio with the small kitchen inside i brought my own food to make but unfortunately there wasnt any pans available so just bring your own pans other then that they have some big spoons knifes forks and spoons a can opener measuring cup plates bowls etc. The pool is awesome its big and deeper then most pools

Beautiful Hotel very clean , staff are very pleasent happy to help. Breakfast was good lots of choice very large comfortable room to eat in . Rooms have a full size fridge nice for drinks and extra food . Definately staying here again.

This is our third time staying at Sonesta ES Suites for a trip to Disneyland and we love it. It’s great to have a kitchen and extra space and we love getting in the hot tub after a long day at Disney! It’s a great price for what you get and it’s easy to get to the parks.

Sonesta ES is nice for larger families with young children who need separate sleeping spaces. Having a kitchen is also convenient. Just a few minutes away from Disneyland by shuttle, car, or ride share.

My 11 year old son and I stayed here after a long day at Disneyland. We checked in at midnight, which was not a problem. We had a corner room, and it was nice and quiet and we were able to sleep in without a problem. The pool was great, also. I would just say that I think it’s excessive to be charged $30 for parking.

1st you have to be a deep sleeper because the noise from the the freeways will keep you awake all night. I requested to be moved to a different suite because of the my daughter had such a hard time sleeping. They kept giving excuses until I gave up. 2nd The rooms were so unkept. The toilet bowls had a yellow stains just so disgusting. We did not even use the tub cause it was so stained and disgusting. The light switches were so stained not to mention The toilet paper in this hotel feels like the one you get from dollar store. The parking fee per night is $25 , some of the breakfast tasted like it was from 2 days before. Just horrible. The only plus is that it’s 8 minutes to Disney. They also have a notice down at the hotel that notifies guests that the hotel contains chemicals that cause cancer, and loss of baby for pregnant moms. You don’t want to take your family there.

We actually had a different property for our stay but there was an error with Expedia and this was the place we were given. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience but I wouldn’t stay again. The rooms weren’t very clean, the couch in our room was broken and just left out half undone with the hide bed sticking out, the coffee maker was broken, they don’t do any housekeeping during your stay. Breakfast was not good at all, we had to get breakfast every morning. Location to Disney was decent, easy access for Uber. We also weren’t able to use the laundry facilities and had to drive to a laundry mat.

The hotel seemed understaffed. In my opinion, when a hotel is understaffed, they cannot give what they advertise. The property was old, but taken care of OK. Don’t know if you stay here again.

Check in was easy, however the first room we got was a complete mess, as in the mattresses were literally thrown around and it looked completely trashed. The next room we got was not cleaned properly, particularly the kitchen area. We planned on making small meals in our suite so this was important to us to have a clean kitchen. We told the front desk and asked for our room to be cleaned while we were out, it was much better when we came back except the microwave that was still disgusting so we ended up cleaning it ourselves because we were just over it at this point. Overall it met our needs, breakfast was good, staff was nice and accommodating to the best to their abilities and the location was great for Disneyland.

The staff that was there was good. They were very nice and working hard, but they were clearly understaffed and undersupplied. We reserved the room for 3 adults and 2 children, but they didn't have any bedding for the pull-out couch. I had to go down myself to get sheets and a blanket. They didn't have an extra clean comforter to give me. However, the beds were comfortable, and the place was quiet. I slept great and the breakfast was phenomenal. I'd go back again just for the breakfast!

Sonesta was about a 6 mins drive to Disneyland. Breakfast offered was very convenient. Room was clean. Overall a good stay!

In the area on business I enjoyed my stay, particularly the friendly, helpful, and responsive staff. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The suite was roomy, and being able to crack open the windows and enjoy fresh air was really nice. I even enjoyed soaking in the small tub. The free breakfast buffet was good, especially the coffee. Downsides were no decaf urn, not enough milk, and a faulty juice dispenser. The mini poppy seed muffins were the best variation. Only other negative was the leaks that popped up in the lobby area ceiling, although the weather was fine. Hope to return.

Our three day stay would’ve been more pleasant except for the following: 1) upon check-in, we were told that the rooms were cleaned every other day when we requested our room to be cleaned after the second night we were told that rooms are only cleaned after five or six nights 2)the kitchen was not adequately stocked we didn’t have enough utensils for eating utensils and glassware to drink out 3) there was no sauce pan or skillet in the kitchen and I when I called the front desk to request a pot I was first told it wasn’t going happen, then when I brought down the steamer, which was the only cooking utensil then they were willing to give us pots 4) there’s no fan in the bathroom which turns the bathroom into a sauna every time anyone wants to shower 5) the breakfast eggs and potatoes were cold and watery also the bagels were hard and the yogurt was served in an open platter and usually the hotels will have yogurts in individual cups, but there wasn’t sufficient utensils for some of the food when you needed to serve yourself.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights/6 days. We took our 3 year ild and 7 year old to Disneyland for the first time. We paid $215 for each of them to get a princess dress from Disneyland and get a princess makeover. I had hung the dresses in the closet with my husband's Nike shoes and Volcom jacket. For the first time in my life I did not check the closet when we packed up to leave on the 3rd (I never use the closets). When we got home 6.5 hours later I was unpacking and realized I had left the dresses, jacket, and shoes in closet. We called the hotel immediately but house keeping was gone for the night and the room was empty all ready. We were advised to submit a form with the missing items and we did. The next day we called again and the employee checked with housekeeping and they didnt have any of our items. How does someone just take other peoples items especially princess dresses that belong to another little girl. The dishonesty of the housekeeping employees is sad and I will NEVER return to this hotel or use this chain. I am sure people forget their personal items all the time. It is sad that their are such insensitive and dishonest people. My 3 year old is autistic and has been very upset over her Elsa dress. Thank you to the employee(s) that thought it was ok to take my stuff and not give me a chance to have it returned. Karma! I will NEVER recommend this property to anyone.
