Rude & no parking

When I checked into the hotel, they informed us that only one car was allowed. We had 4 people for our room with 2 cars. They told us we would have to park one of our cars two blocks away, in a residential area that was NO WAY associated with the hotel, and then walk to the hotel. They refused any reasonable accommodations and were rude and disrespectful regarding the situation. To top it all off, we could rarely find parking for the one car we were allowed to park. They ended up double parking cars and had about 3 Charter buses parked in the hotel parking lot. The room was nice and it was clean, but the parking fiasco and the attitude from the staff was unacceptable. NEVER staying here again.

Walk to Downtown Disney and Disneyland was quite long, ended up using LYFT

Absolutely Shocking Hotel

Pros: Nothing !
Cons: Everything!
Location: It was advertised that Disneyland was .8 mile away. I don't agree. I'm not sure of the exact distance but it took 30 minutes to walk there.
We were aware this hotel is a budget hotel however our experience there was shocking. Our booking was for 5 nights. - The room was so dark with little ventilation. The air conditioning was noisy,stale and we could not leave it on. - The room was noisy from people in the next room as well as people outside the room, particularly guests arriving late at night and early hours of the morning. - The beds were very average and not comfortable. - The daily cleaning of the room was very basic and completely missed one day. - A Go Pro camera battery I left on bench to be charged went missing. Either stolen or accidentally thrown out. - Reception staff not empathetic to our concerns about our room or the battery that went missing. - Continental breakfast was very basic. Only two types of cheap cereal, toast, juice and donuts. Paper plates and plastic cutlery. Couldn't even use the plastic knives to put butter on toast. So flimsy. - I would not recommend anybody to stay here. Very old and run down.

Worst hotel ever

This place was disgusting and there's nowhere to walk to eat.or shop.horrible location! Floors so dirty our feet were black!! Spit spots still on mirror,no half used shampoos /cond. Only one coffee.the tiny pool and hot tub were full of dirt.Asked office to fix all these thibgs,they said they would,we were there 5 days and they did nothing. Office was not friendly from the get go. I wish i would've got my money back and went to a motel 6 would've been way better for half the price. Don't ever stay at this Ghetto place

Hotel Experience

Pros: The only thing i like was the free breakfast
Cons: Make the bathrooms cleaner and towels more newer.
Location: Easy access to the park,
this is my first time staying at the hotel and i don't recommend this. I walked into the room and it had a bad smell, The bathroom was dirty. The bed was not comfortable but sleeping is ok. The towels were dirty and so is the bathtub, i would recommend bringing your own. The breakfast was ok. It was close to the road and it was loud so it was hard to sleep at night. During the night around midnight you could hear people talking and people walking above you which was loud.

The Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Pros: Rates were reasonable. Clean rooms with refridgerator and microwave. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Shuttle to the Park.
Location: No too much in the way of resturaunts close to this location. There is a convienient store on the corner about 1/2 block away.
We were pleased with the Hotel and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice and basic and plenty of food. the only complaint is the distance from Disneyland. It was over a mile walk to enter into Downtown Disney and there was no shuttle to or from the park. We ended up using Lift a lot. We were under the impression it was very close to the park.

The dollar value is the only reason we booked

Pros: The staff
Cons: A pool with some feel or character
Location: A gas station, that charges a good price for things
The hotel staff were great, and the beds were comfortable. The dollar value was the only reason we booked this hotel. We never went to the free continental breakfast during our ten day stay. The hotel was too far out, and bus 11 of the ART which serves the are was very inconsistent. The pool and hot tub were in the parking lot, no trees, or anything for feel or shade. Our stay was fine, if you get a good deal then this will serve you. Just do not expect too much other than a comfortable bed.
