The only reason it didn’t get five stars is because it’s an older facility. I love how they’ve committed to the 50s theme in style. It was a very nice day and great walking distance to the park.

we arrived 6am and we have a 2 year old and was hoping to get checked in early so she could have a nap after not sleeping well for the long drive over. i anticipate this would happen so have been requesting for early check in was told there would be a fee associated with this and I agreed to it. they said the would call me when a room opens up, so we waited around and never got a response but they had rooms available to book on the same day. very disappointed with their customer care and support. location and room was decsent except bathroom and floors were dirty at arrival. you can definitely hear kids running around in the hall and if they are above your room.

I enjoy staying here. They're updating the property to make it more mid century modern decor which is really cool. The staff is great! The only issue I have is the rooms sometimes look like its had some not great work done to it. An example, our shower was handicapped compliant, and the shower handle wasn't secure, they had used a wood screw to hold it together. Little things like that. Also, building 400, every time we stay in that building, has terrible water temperature. The water heater unit can't keep up and the hot water runs out extremely quick.

Halls very noisy especially mornings when guests are so inconsiderate leaving for the parks when others may still be sleeping., realize it’s not the hotel’s issue but maybe informing guests at check in and having some signage might go a long way towards people realizing being considerate of others would be appreciated.

We picked a hotel and not an Inn, but the inns were nicer then this hotel, it was old, things were broken and not kept well, was disappointing. It was like a cheap motel.

We really liked how quiet the hotel was. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was perfect for our 2 day trip to Disneyland. We had everyting we needed. I was great that they offer cribs. We had to pay extra to get a microwave in our room, but we needed the convenience of being able to warm up the milk in the middle of the night.

Hotel was walking distance from disneyland that is a big plus. Property was nice and kept up. Front desk felt like we were bothering them only one person was nice and helpful. The biggest negative was the card key didn't work every night. So after a long day each night had to walk back to lobby to get card reset.

The hotel is near the parks which is very convenient for walking, only taking 10-15 minutes. I didn't like how hard it was to close the door without it sounding like I'm slamming it closed and disturbing the neighbors, and the same goes for when I can also hear others closing it. It would also be nice to have the air conditioning where the curtains are not blocking the airflow, felt like the room stayed warm even when I made it cooler because it's at the bottom and right beside one of the beds.

Staff was very nice and even gave me early check in. Very close to Disneyland. Hotel has a neat outdoor area and pool. The bummer was that parking cost everyday, I missed that when I booked. I was given a handicap room, I wanted to switch rooms but we were all tired so decided to stay. The handicap shower was a disaster for my kids (water everywhere). The bed had broken slats under the mattress and made a ton of noise and the Heater/AC was incredibly loud when it kicks on.

It was a convenient location especially if you’re doing a Disney trip. Gate is only 8 mins walk. Property has a Pizza Press and breakfast was offered. Staff was nice and if room was ready we were able to go in early. The bathroom however felt dated, and water was warm and cold when taking a shower. Other than that it was pretty good.

Pros: Location to Disneyland is 10 minutes walk max, pool is amazing & clean, on site restaurant and room service options, on site bar (although wish it was open a bit after Disneyland closes so we have time to partake), ALL staff were friendly, check in/out process is very easy & special requests were accommodated, room was clean, bed & bedding was very comfy, parking is easy, fun areas around the property to relax and spend time. Cons: a bit of and “old hotel” smell in the rooms, but definitely not a bad smell, handicap room was big and had a nice size shower, however, the nice tile floors are slippery and a little difficult to walk on without fear of falling (can be easily resolved by putting a few sticky shower grips on the tiles from the shower to the carpet).
