For an older property, and the fact that it was pet friendly, which was why I picked it, it was pretty good. The rooms are older, but we’re clean. My only issue was that there was a homeless lady that was on the property a couple times when I went out, which made me a little bit uncomfortable. All in all, I was happy with the stay. The staff were excellent. Very accommodating very friendly.

The property was good. The sofa bed you can feel The springs when laying on the mattress. I called and they seemed to replace it which was good. My only complaint which is out of the hotels control was our neighbors very noisy. They were adults running in the hallway late at night and slamming doors making a lot of noise.

The staff was very kind and friendly. However, the room was smelly and all the sinks would not drain and back up eith water, adding to the odor. The range was broken, so while they advertise a full kitchen, its not a functioning one. Breakfast was bellow average, never bern to a hotwl that serves toaster waffles.

Everything was great! Customer service was great we got an upgrade without asking which was very nice. The only thing I had problem with is the transportation offered by the hotel don’t take was a horrible experience, use Uber or something else.

The location was great as well as the staff. Walls were thin so we could hear the people above and next to us, which was annoying to say the least. They have long term/monthly rentals in this building as well.

Excellent stay! Very delicious full breakfast. Free and ample parking. Walkable to stadium and Honda Center. Friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

Towneplace Suites
The name Marriott should not be behind this hotel which should be a motel. The staff were pleasant but the room was basic. The location was wonderful. It was conveniently located mins away from Disney. The ART location for transportation on demand was located outside South of the lobby. Starbucks, Chipotle, Carls Jr, Dave’s Hot Chicken and Panera Bread were located across from the hotel alongside McDonald’s and Arco gas station. The downside was that the sink pop up drain stopper was broken and filled with lots of grey hair. The maintenance guy was great he fixed it that night. The bathtub wasn’t the greatest it could use some touch up.

The sofa bed condition is pretty bad, got back ache. Also the noice from the refrigerator is so loud, it was hard to sleep in the night
