Right across the street from Disney. We were 3 adults, a toddler and a baby. They brought crib for our baby, room was comfortable, and staff nice. It would be nice if they clean the room, and provide clean towels, but seems like they just refill toiletries. We were there for 4 nights and they only took garbage out once. Overall we would stay here again, clean and convenient which is a priority for our family.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several but have never been threatened, discriminated against, cursed at, called names until my stay on 4/12. Mr. E checked me in at 130 am and I had requested a bottom floor due to being disabled and no rooms were available. I asked questions like if there was an elevator, why is there tax on parking and what the price breakdown was. I was cursed at, laughed at, called a Karen and was threatened to cancel my reservation 4x all because I asked legit questions about fees, the elevator etc…..

This is a family friendly hotel! It is also very clean. The team, from parking to check in, was super friendly. We loved that it was a 5 minute walk to Disneyland!!

the cons. beds are hard as boards. rooms are very small. no complimentary coffee. toilets are mini size. never seen a toilet this small. the pros. location. very clean. friendly staff. nice pool

Perfect stay for those going to Disneyland or CA Adventures. It’s a super quick walk to the entrance and Downtown Disney. Hotel check-in/out was easy. Room is relatively small but made it work. If I come back to Disney I would definitely stay here again.

We love the convenience to the Disneyland Resort - we've stayed here the last 5-6 times we've been to the park and will continue to come back. I do wish the beds were more comfortable though.

The property is in expensive, has extra hidden costs, and does no maid service while you stay there. “Limited service” is used - change of garbage and towels only.

This property is great for Disney visits. The location is perfect. The housekeeping is hit or miss. The parking is great with an attendant there most hours of the day. This was our 4th stay at this place and we would stay there again.

Overall pretty good stay. Cons: It can be a little noisy. We stayed on the first level and can hear the floorboards squeaking when people upstairs were walking. Cars from parking lot were loud too. Phone did not work. But we didn’t need to use it so it didn’t bother us. We also noticed little black aunt like insects crawling around on our second day and they seemed to increase with our stay…. We assumed it was the usual insecty creatures so didn’t think too much of it. Not bed bugs for sure. Pros: Very close to Disneyland. Friendly staff. Pool and hot tub was nice.

This is one of the closest hotels to the Disneyland entrance. After a long day in the parks we want a clean room, comfortable beds, and some convamenities such as a coffee maker, microwave, and small refrigerator. The Tropicana has them all. The one thing that I wish the room included is a small table and two chairs. The room has a “chair” that converts to a bed (suitable for a child), but that means that one person has to sit on the bed. We have stayed at this hotel, or it’s sister hotel Camelot and always find they fit our needs.

So close to Disney entrance. Front office staff friendly and helpful, convenience store had what we needed, clean inside and out, excellent location. We would stay here again and recommend to others

Nice place to leave your vehicle while enjoying the Disneyland Park. Costs extra but one less thing you have to worry about. Staff is friendly and accommodating. My room had a kitchen and dining table for four so you don’t have to eat in the expensive restaurants in the park or indulge in the junk food, just be sure to purchase groceries along the way or you will be paying premium for the stuff in the area.

WiFi didn’t work well, tv channels were pretty bad. The worst part is half the parking lot is blocked off for valet. If all the self parking is taken, which I’m guessing most weekends it would be, you are forced to valet. With kids it is not convenient. We forgot a jacket in the car and instead of walking a couple steps from the hotel room we had to hike to the front of the hotel to wait and have someone bring the car. We brought our huge stroller into the small hotel room to avoid having to call for our car. No good reason to have valet. Open the lot back up to all self park for guests only.
