The bathroom had mold. There was a dead cockroach in the closet. And for some reason the pillows and bedding was slightly moist feeling. The next morning I asked staff to clean the room and remove the cockroach, but when I returned to the room the cleaning wasn’t done.

The rooms were clean, the food was great. All the staff was very polite. The casino was actually larger than I thought. Didn't win any jackpots, but overall I had fun. I definitely will be coming back.

Stayed at many casinos over the years Simple Park grab your bags and head to the front desk or so you would think Not at the Horseshoe As I'm walking to the front desk security won't let me go to check in because I have my bags and bags,are not allowed on the casino floor even though the front desk is only about 50 yards away straight ahead and I'm tired and just want to get some rest Security tells me I have to go back find 2 black double doors take an elevator and walk around the hotel then take the elevator down to get to the front desk Restaurants closed for breakfast, only option dunking donuts or Baskin robins

We stayed for 1 week and our room was never cleaned they just it towels in that’s it

Perfect for hikers: 3 minutes to Buttermilk Falls State Park, 5 Minutes to Treman State Park, 37 Minutes to Watkins Glen and an hour to Seneca Falls. So clean and fresh! Everything was beautiful. Location was superb. Breakfast was great. Fresh coffee 24 hours a day! Clean, coin-operated, laundry. Pool was nice. Fitness room was nice. Staff was warm and welcoming. Free, ample, safe parking.
