“This was my/our first trip to the Caribbean, and this hotel did NOT disappoint! The rooms were beautiful and clean with an amazing view. The staff (Doug) was beyond nice, very helpful, and a pleasure to interact with! If we ever return to St. Croix, this will be where we stay!”

“This is it! The room is fantastic! If you love a great oceanic view with the soothing sounds of the ocean crashing against the rocks. This is it! The location is a bit secluded from the local towns buttt still within 20/30 min reach and believe me if you’re going for the views, there’s no need to leave the area. Great restaurant (AMA) on property and a few local spots a short walk away. Literally a 4 minute walk from the beach (Cane Bay). If you’re double minded… just pick this one.”

“So one thing to remember here is that the property was built in the 60’s and sat for quite a while but with that said the rooms were immaculate…. Some of the resort does needs some updating like the pool which has a liner and sometimes it feels like you are walking on a sponge, but it was clean and well kept. We were a little surprised as the marketing made it seem as though it was a much bigger property than it is. They do serve three different types of food from the same kitchen. The food was……

It is a fascinating island with so much rich history; we made sure to explore the sights at Fort Frederik and Christiansted, and took in the beautiful views at Point Udall. ​The Buccaneer Resort is a lovely property, and overall, we had a good stay. “The views were extraordinary and the location, peaceful. The accommodations were better than expected with simple amenities free of charge, such as coffee, beverages and snacks, with replenishment upon request at no extra charge. Communication was prompt. My mom and I slept well every night of our 6-night stay. This location is ideal if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle and still be relatively close to basic shopping. An infinity pool is under construction and I would return once it……

“The apartment truly does sit in the heart of Christiansted - a perfect location for popping out to a local dinner, browsing local shops, heading out for an excursion, or ducking downstairs to the juice bar. The space was well maintained very clean, and provided everything we need. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this apartment for a trip to Christiansted.”
