This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, the room was run down and stank to high hell, the light switch didn't work and the bathroom was nasty, furniture and carpet stained yuk

Our room was large and comfortable but needed cosmetic upgrades. We could not use the shower because there was no way to turn the shower head on. There was a pipe for the water but no faucet on the pipe and no way to turn on the shower head. The mini fridge didn't work and the cover on the back of the toilet was not the right fit for the toilet. We spoke to the clerk at the desk who took our information and said the manager would contact us about getting a refund. The manager never contacted us. Glad we had only needed the room for one night as we were just passing through.

Overall good value if discounted.
It was fine. We were in the back of the hotel, and it is very near train tracks, so there was some noise to deal with. No elevators, but only 2 floors. Free breakfast was very good, including hot choices. Older property, but kept up reasonably well. We happened to have a discount that was a little more than half-off the walk-in rate, so a decent value for that amount.

Trash hotel!
Filthy hotel. I left in the middle of the night after seeing multiple bugs. Gives you roach motel on a scary movie vibes. I dont recommend to anyone.

Not worth the money.
Room has bugs in it. AC where plugged into outlet, outlet is pulled out of wall. Bath tub water dripping. Musty smell when opening door. Outlet/usb connection partially busted and one each of outlet/usb non working. Backup latch for security fastened but has been ripped off previously. Would not take off socks due to live bugs in room. Nice plastic shutters for window though for full privacy.

When I tried to enter my room the key wouldn't Thd door wasn't closed. It was alrwady opened. I pushed it open. My husband and I looked around in the room. Thankfully we didn't have any of our belongings in there. I told the desk attendant at checkout. She gave the card to call management.

Just OK
Property is older and has much more potential than it is given. Overall for what we needed it was good enough. Pros; Beds were clean, the AC was in working condition and it had hot and cold water for a shower. Cons; the room had visible dust and cobwebs, meaning they had been neglected for some time. The area has a lot of consistent humidity therefore rust I am sure is a constant battle, one that the property is losing. Rust on the window seals, the AC unit vents at first glance I was convinced it was something worse, but after a closer look, just a lot of different colors and stages of rust. Towels were clean but threadbare and mismatched. The pool had water in it but the sign said Pool Closed the whole time we were there. The water was clear, the only visible problem was leaves and a small amount of dirt on the bottom. Nothing to the customer's eyes that a little TLC could not have remedied. As stated above for our needs, a quick overnight on a 3 day drive to our destination.

i did not expect the grand Hyatt hotel, but for the price the room was good/good fridge, comfortable bed, hot water and working AC.

Very few lodgers at hotel. Late stay, very tired, anxious to get into room. For some reason checkin took about 15-20 min. Room in poor shape, not very clean. Killed a roach as soon as we entered room. Bed was fairly comfortable and good water pressure in shower

Room was very dirty. Had mold all around the room. Spiders in the corners of the room. Dust and dirt on lamp shades. Looked like splattered blood across the ceiling. Mold in shower and on refrigerator. Hair on all the towels. Holes in the curtains. Door didn’t even fit door frame. Found food under the sheets. We didn’t stay but few hours and left. Waste of money. We ended up driving and finally found a room in Florida. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I had bedbugs in our room. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and understanding in giving us a refund although it took a long time to get him to the front desk. I’ll be emailing photos of the bugs to the general manager in hopes that he’ll respond with a commitment to improve the facility for future guest even though I won’t be returning.

I assure you that we have strict guidelines we follow, and cleanliness issues are very important to us and are being addressed immediately with our staff. Dirty Loud and Smelly!!!
This place was disgusting! I was afraid to even take a shower, the ceiling looked like it was going to fall in and there was blood or somekind of dirt spots all over the shower walls! I was even afraid to walk around barefoot! There were stains and dirt everywhere. The door didn’t feel like it was closed and had a huge gap under it where smoke kept coming in. The wooden blinds didn’t work right and these unsupervised kids kept walking by my window aggravating my dog because I couldn’t keep the blinds closed since they didn’t work. I finally had to stuff a towel in them!! There were people out side being loud drinking, smoking, and hanging out in the parking lot, in and out of their cars which went on for hours!!!. All I wanted was to get a good nights sleep so I could get on the road early! As a single female traveling I did not feel safe!! If there’s a way to get my money back I would demand it!!

Hello Guest, I am very sorry that you smelled smoke - of any kind - at our property. We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.
