Great place to stay great breakfast buffet good price the remote wasn't working right but we figured it out bathroom was good size

the front desk personnel was a bit unfriendly

Pros: The convenience off of the interstate and my room was clean.
Cons: Friendliness of staff, a lower rate since I was told this was not a full service hotel by the check-in personnel. I was surprised at that comment.
Location: Location was fine and many eating places were available.
My room was clean but had a strange smell. Not a bed smell bit sorta like an old smoking room My second day the cleaning personnel did not leave new towels, new soap and new coffee.

Close to my ultimate destination

Front desk clerk was alone and she was trying to check guest in and answer phone calls. I immensely disliked the tv remote set up, too complicated for seniors like me.

Nicer than we thought

Well when we arrived there were two men carting paint buckets around the lobby. We were not roo happy that we weren't told about a remodel during our stay. They are almost a month onto the remodel and it looks great. there's no chemical odor that usually comes with this sort of thing. the room was perfect and there's what seems to b3 new room accommodations. easily went from 3 stars to 4 stars. Hotel Staff could be more prevalent but we have been greeted every time we come into the lobby.

Nice hotel, good location

Good hotel, large room and bathroom. Only complaint that we had was the room was too hot. We tried adjusting the temperature but it wouldn't cool down enough to have a comfortable nights sleep.

Best night stay and breakfast

We were only their one night and had a wonderful stay. we asked about eating somewhere and they gave us several suggestions. We had breakfast the next morning and it was very good. Had a wonderful fresh cup of coffee and food was very fresh. They were very friendly and area was kept clean. We will stay there again when we travel that way again. Allen and Connie

Needs updating

Light switch when you walk in didn’t turn on lights, big rip in curtains, had to call front desk to figure out how to use TV. (Remote had no guide, menu, or numbers) Internet didn’t work. Called front desk, had to wait 20 minutes, then it worked sporadically. Vacuum needed to be run in corners of room.
