Nice hotel, good location

Good hotel, large room and bathroom. Only complaint that we had was the room was too hot. We tried adjusting the temperature but it wouldn't cool down enough to have a comfortable nights sleep.

Needs updating

Light switch when you walk in didn’t turn on lights, big rip in curtains, had to call front desk to figure out how to use TV. (Remote had no guide, menu, or numbers) Internet didn’t work. Called front desk, had to wait 20 minutes, then it worked sporadically. Vacuum needed to be run in corners of room.

The best!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: Everything, especially the location with many eating facilities, gas stations and just off the interstate.
Cons: N/A
Location: Whatever I needed, it was near
Have stayed several times in the past. Even though I had a choice of other hotels with a lower rate, but I have always enjoyed the Comfort Inn & Suites.

It wasn't up to the usual standards

Pros: Location
Cons: A good cleaning
The staff was very friendly. The first room we were given was not cleaned. The bed had not been made properly. There was still old coffee in the coffee pot. The next room was better but still not up to the usual standards of a Comfort Inn. The floor on the elevator was dirty with crumbs and stains. The dust on the TV stand in the breakfast room measured about 1/2" thick. . The hotel was conveniently located to the highway. We don't plan on stopping there again though.

Needs some TLC

I felt hotel was run down even for a budget hotel. Staff was over whelmed the night we stayed there and check in was late. Room seemed barely cleaned from last guest. We had only a few towels but it worked because we only stayed overnight. Pool was very over chlorinate and the smell was overwhelming in the pool area. Room had small things that needed repair ( scratched wall where the chair had bumped, hotel info book on desk was stained with water damage, etc)
