Nice hotel between home and final destination.

Pros: Clean. Staff very nice.
Cons: Policy should be pet friendly. Most old people travel with small dogs. And my dog is crate trained, meaning most of the time she was in her crate.
Location: Ate at Cracker Barrel, close by. My husband was so upset about the dog policy, he could not eat, and developed stomach problems.
Advertised as pet friendly. Clerk said no pets policy. In the end, the staff was so nice, our problem was overlooked. But I felt like I had sneaked something over the hotel staff. But looking back, I had not erred on anything. The hotel was advertised as pet friendly. Very disconcerting.

Not very happy.

Had two rooms and both were dirty! They were a dust bowl. They clean down the middle but forget everything else. One of the drawers was broken with no pull handle on the chest. They put the coffee pot in the bathroom! Not a place I will go back to.

Could be better.

Desk person said we only had one room and I gave her the copy of the reservation. She made us call HOTELS.COM and that person figured out the problem. I feel she should have been able to figure that out. The pool was closed due to cloudy and was a big reason I booked there.

Convenient to route 26 ! SC

Pros: Convenient to food and for traveling.
Cons: Needs to have a Total updating or a good cleaning.
Location: I only stayed overnight so didn't take advantage of the area.
Fresh towels were missing and soiled face cloth left on towel rod. I holstered chair needed a good cleaning. Firniture needed to be updated, appeared shabby and worn. Didn't have breakfast at hotel as a Cracker Barrel was nearby and preferred that.

Pricey For What It Offered

Everything was fine except 2 things. The pool looked like pea soup and after we commented on it they closed it and second the WIFI was awful in the room and kept falling off so I had to use the business center where the mouse was very difficult to position it's cursor for some reason. Other than that all OK.

Good place to sleep

Comfortable room. Very comfortable bed. Spacious. Only complaint was poor TV choices. Only maybe 10 channels. Good bathroom. Good towels. Good breakfast choices. Friendly staff. Bed was so good I would stay here again.

Staff was great! Some updates being done. TV service wasn't great but they said they were working on getting a new TV provider.

Great stay except for the television service. Went out and watched static for most of the stay. How about satellite TV? Would be nice.

A convenient stop on the way to Florida

The stay was generally a good experience. The hotel is walking distance to a couple of restaurants. One not so pleasant experience was not their fault. There was apparently a brush fire nearby and the smoke was quite obvious in the air. The hvac unit drew the smell into the room. We had to turn it off.
