Altogether a great stay. Get breakfast ready early (or agree with front desk on time they tell guests) and improve the quality of the TP and this is even better. This place shows what can be done with a solid property and committed people.

Is this Really a Holiday Inn Express?? Bad Hotel!

As soon as we entered the room there was a strong smell (I think they must have had a water issue and the area wasn't dried correctly). The smell was very pungent (Urine like). Requested rooms to be changed and when I talked to the front desk over the phone they said they had a similar room available but when my wife went to the front desk to change the keys, they mentioned there were no room available. Also the breakfast was not good. The bagels were stale and the coffee was terrible (I have stayed with Holiday Inn on many occasions but havinf stayed here it seems like the Holiday Inn "experience" is inconsistent and am also thinking of getting rid of my IHG Rewards card for anohter hotels rewards card (as I travel a lot for work so I try and get the points to get better offers. Really disappointed.

Noisy if on Lower Floor

Pros: Pretty much a standard Holiday Inn Express
Cons: Noise deadening
Location: Nothing but fast foods and gas stations
Construction means every footstep heard on floor above. Very noisy.

The room was clean but the grounds and lobby of the hotel were unkept. The hotel needed some updates and maintenance. Our toilet handle in the bathroom had to be pushed into place in order to flush.
