Excellent staff, very courteous and helpful.

Cons: In room coffee maker was not working....not a big deal for us.
Staff went way far and above helping us with directions for good food and both local and final destination. Very very polite and efficient and pleasant demeanor and attitude. Great employee!!!! GREAT beds!!!

Nightmare in mold and decay

The room was extremely dirty, rotten food and mold in the sofa, carpet was sticky and dirty, bathroom still had other peoples filth in it. The experience was disgusting.

Never staying there again or using Expedia again. The room was ok but experience with staff and Expedia was so bad I will never use their services again

Stay on an upper floor

One queen-sized bed had an uneven mattress. It was worn down on the right side and needs to be replaced. Room120. And, it was extremely noisy all night long. I called the main desk once due to a little child knocking on all the doors at 9:45 p.m. That did stop but noise from around the hotel continued.

Nice hotel!

The hotel room was grewat except that the bathroom had a mildewy smell to it. Otherwise the room was fantastic!!! Will definitely stay again.

Holiday Stay !

Found the property to be well kept. Breakfast lady was very helpful. Room neat and clean. One bed was super soft, maybe too soft but pillows were big and plentiful. Couch in room comfortable, sitting chairs comfortable and decoration modern and fresh. My sisters and I had a wonderful stay.
