When I checked in, they said that they sold out, Expedia made a mistake. They also said they tried to call me. But when I took out my phone to show them there wasn’t an incoming call from them, they quickly changed the topic.

Stood inline to check in for thirty minutes, too long, not good first impression. I will say the lady at the front desk was friendly, helpful and nice. Tried to get food at the restaurant, Friday night at 6:30pm, sat down and waited, a women came over who we told we were ready to order and she said there were two in front of us and walked away.we sat there 20 minutes waiting for her to come back to us and she didn’t. We had to order from DoorDash. Very disappointing. I have to give a shout out to the employee in the bright green shirt, he went around to all the guests welcoming us. He had a bright and cheery attitude, don’t let this employee get away. He was the bright spot in an otherwise poor experience. We do not plan on using this hotel on our future trips.

Good for a pet friendly overnight
We like staying here with our kitty but the hotel is beginning to need some renovations. The desk chair wobbled, the rug needs cleaning, and the wear on the place is showing. Nice service though and enjoy the onsite restaurant.

No breakfast!
TV needs to have a sleep-timer! Though we were given a $20.00 voucher for breakfast, there was no breakfast! Seems the cook went to get the server . . . but that was at 8:00 and we needed to get on the road. Please get a breakfast buffet - we could have at least had cereal and maybe some fruit.

We arrived at 6pm only to find the restaurant closed. One of the few reasons we stay there. Room was freezing. We had to leave until it warmed up. Plus no coffee although they had the pots no one prepared it. It was 7:45am. We’ll go to a Best Western next time. The reception at the front desk could have cared less when asked what happened. She just said she didn’t know, maybe they were sick.

Staff was friendly from start to finish. Hotel is nice and quiet. Absolutely love the Dove soap products. Only thing is the beds are not that comfortable. Other than that it’s a win!

Midpoint Stop
The stop was the halfway point of our stay. The hotel is a little older but everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. That was our expectation and that was met.

Took quite a while to check in and the front desk person never even acknowledged me as I stood there waiting quite a while for her to finish checking in another person not even eye contact. Seemed very difficult for her to check in someone. Another person came on duty a quickly checked me in finally. Shower had a lot of mold in sliding door tracks. Not our usual stay

Nice hotel plus was a full bar and restaurant. We ate a very good dinner and didn’t have to leave the hotel a nice treat after driving for several hours.

Issues
Put me on the same floor as barking dogs although I'm not checking in with a pet. Had to switch. Front desk service unable to provide proof of my stay? I have to wait for a manager to call me. Requested late check out 12p and was confirmed by front desk/put in the computer...still received a knock at the door by house keeping at 11a who said no one told them. Went to front desk, the lady said no one told her ..I said, look it up...she said I see it. Ok so just issues.

We’ve always enjoyed this hotel, and had great service with really good quality and portions of food. This time seemed like maybe they have lost business and are unable to keep things in stock. We paid ahead for breakfast and upon ordering they were out of potatoes, fruit, waffles and pancakes. We had to ask for coffee station coffee to be replaced/refilled as it was empty. There were no tissues in our room and only a half a roll of toilet paper was supplied whereas there’s normally a backup roll in the dispenser. I’m sure I could have asked for more if needed it just made it appear that they might not be doing well enough to keep rooms fully stocked. I didn’t see many guests but it could also have been the time of year being early November.

Last minute booking. Called Holiday Inn direct from road. Was told the hotel was nearly booked and was offered a room for inflated price. Then went onto expedia and saved $125. Arrived at hotel to find it a nearly empty parking lot and very few guests,

Our room had not been cleaned. Dirty toilet and sink, hair on bathroom floor. Place was fully booked so we couldn’t ask for different room. We stayed here many times in the past, so this was beyond disappointing. As we checked out, I let the desk attendant know.

When the coffee was put out at 6 AM it was warm not HOT . The shower and sink in room 310 had warm water , the shower was not HOT at all !!!!
