This hotel was absolutely disgusting. It was dirty, dilapidated and not well-maintained. On top of it there were people partying, laughing, screaming and drinking right outside the rooms until 2 in the morning and the staff did nothing. This is not worth the cheap price. It is the most unsafe I have ever felt in a hotel.

This place was one of the dirtiest places I've ever been. Dirty walls, bathtubs, beds, chairs, doors, and windows. The carpet hasn't been vacuumed. There was rust on the lamp stand and the vent cover. The bathtub had souch soap scum...hadn't been cleaned in months. The carpet was coming apart. The walls were literally falling apart. The ironing board had stains and marks all over it. There were drips all over the place on the walls. Black stains on the walls and doors. It smelled of mold and it was so musty. The AC was not cold. It was scary dirty. Just gross.

Our room was absolutely disgusting. Both beds had yellow stains and crumbs on them. Some of these stains were huge. Rings from pop cans on dresser, phone dusty, bathtub was dirty with hair in it, and floor was dirty.

I requested a Handicap accessible room and wasnt giving one, Bathroom was filthy and had feces on the bowl and tub full or dirt, bed bugs on the bed i called the front desk and he said there was nothing he could do , i couldnt shower and didnt bring my bags in, to avoid getting bugs

Horrendous!!! Dirty!! Bed sheets had holes & tears. Bath towels spelled like mildew. Smoke detector was hanging off the wall. The floors were filthy, had to throw my socks away,it was bad. There was no seal under the main entry door,so , wind ,dirt & leaves were blowing in. Spider webs in the main window, looked like it hadnot been cleaned in awhile. The couch in the room was filthy and gross, no way would I sit on it. The clerk who checked us in. Took a personal call & was on her phone the entire time. Never actually talked to us, just handed us keys. No instructions on where to go. We will NEVER stay again. I could keep going but, why bother. Just awful. The pictures on there website are false advertising. Rooms don't look anything like that!!!!!

This place was filthy. The floors had not been cleaned. There was a floor lamp with no shade and bulb hanging off it. It was filthy amd rusty. The sink was cracked. The beds uncomfortable. We will never stay at any Quality Inn again!

I did not stay!! I was extremely tired and at a complete standstill with holiday traffic so I searched the nearest exit with lodging/food/bed. Quality Inn is a ChoiceHotel so I assumed it would be a decent place.. WRONG! I will say that the associate was trying to make it right by offering another room but the damage was already done. The property is run down and in desperate need of a full face lift. The rooms smell, beds sunk-in and just awful. I felt like I was in the trap somewhere and this is not how ChoiceHotels should be!! To make matters worse....they completely refused to give me a refund! Please.. if you are looking for a place to rest, pass this property on by

Requested a non-smoking room. Smelled like smoke, cigarette burns in the Comforter, dirty sheets and pillowcases, hairs on the bathroom counter, rusted air-conditioning unit with no vent cover, rusted door frames, dirt, stains on the walls, as if a mechanic was leaning against them. Cats everywhere that appeared to be trying to enter the rooms every time you open the door. We actually went back to the front desk and told them we were not sleeping there and left. Ended up staying at another hotel.

The gentleman at check in was wonderful but the room is old, peeling paint, leaky shower, dirty walls, dirty mirrors and tv screen, dirty floors. The smoke detector is off the wall which I would assume it doesn’t work. Also the door has a large crack between the door annd jam. Thankfully it has a security lock to flip over. Even though this was purchased with my Expedia points and was zero cost to me, I would not return here.

The person working the desk did his best, but upon check in there were several people in line in front of and behind me, it took a long time. He was the only person working. Upon entering the room we were overwhelmed with a horrible odor, the room carpet and bedding had stains, comforter had holes looked like burnt from cigarettes? We opted not to stay and immediately returned to the desk only to have to wait in another line, then he didn’t know how to process the refund for our pet fee. Had to wait for him to call someone to refund that. Called Expedia to have room fee refunded, they had to contact the hotel, Expedia agent said they tried multiple times, no answer… so now I have to wait up to 72 hours for that refund.

Horrible Hotel
I made the mistake of not doing a “drive-by” before booking the reservation through Hotels.com. Had I done so, I definitely would not have booked there. The website indicated that there was a restaurant at the facility and the pictures of the room looked acceptable. Not only did they not have a restaurant, the facility and the room was outdated, appeared dirty and I wouldn’t have eaten there anyway…totally unacceptable I felt very unsafe at this hotel and actually feared for my safety and that of my vehicle. If I had not been so fear-ridden, I would have left immediately but was afraid to leave my room and opted to spend the night to avoid leaving in the dark. The clientele there appeared to be local live-ins, played their music very loud to the point that I had trouble getting to sleep and then at 1:00 am, I was awakened by people shouting obscenities at one another not to mention seeing a man who appeared as if he could very well be a pimp. Also, the room had a strong odor of carpet deodorizer to undoubtedly cover up a stench. All this and the room was nearly $200. Hotels.com should without a doubt remove this hotel from their website and issue a refund to me as I trusted Hotels.com to only offer acceptable facilities on their website. I am attaching a few pictures of my room.

Although the clerk was very nice. The facility is a pig sty. I walked into the room, looked at the bed, bathroom and the place was decrepit. I did not stay at the hotel and am going to contest the fee charged to my credit card.

The staff was very nice a friendly but the room was very dirty the lining on the bed was very old need new stuff room phone dose not work...place needs a good paint job

Ripoff
Front desk refused to allow me to check in. And demanded $100 in cash in addition to the room rent which I had already paid via hotels dot com. I went across the street and paid $80 to stay at Super 8 which was just as good. Hotels dot com refused to refund my payment for the room. I will never do business with either ever again.
