Everything is good except roaches
The stay was rather decent, but one thing that I felt like was a big negative was the fact that there's roaches. If it's one big I can not stay are roaches, and I have seen them for the past 2 nights I have stayed at this Inn. And I get it it's probably a high populated area but roaches are a no go for me. We were here for business work, and we have to stay in budget with this company. The best part about it was that restaurants are pretty much in walking distance.

The property was not ideal. The room itself was not cleaned properly. The shower had hair in it. The bathroom was small and confined trying to enter the shower backed you up to the toilet or the very dirty door that should be replaced. There were dead bugs smashed on the ceiling and the microwave was dirty. The air conditioner took all day and night to cool the room. The staff I dealt with was nice and tried to be helpful, other than the staff that closed up breakfast over 30 min early, just because she wanted to.

Basically the polished up a piece of crap, they installed laminate flooring in the hallways over the existing nasty carpet, our door latch was missing the strike plate, the toilet seat was loose, the shower valve handle was loose making it hard to adjust temp, the paint in the bathroom looked like a 5 year old did the job, just poor managed!!!

Terrible hotel. Even worse staff. Lazy and unmotivated. Do not have any sense of customer care. Bedding is like plastic. Called to front desk over an hour with no answer or call back. Do not recommend this hotel as suitable for a cockroach.

The rooms need thorough deep cleaning to include bathroom door. Unauthorized parking in handicap area. People hanging out in front of the motel. Limited breakfast items. Front desk Staff is friendly and helpful.

Comfort after a long day of driving
Check in was very pleasant after a long day of driving. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Washroom was dated and if you want a tub, you will need to request one.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The handicapped room had good accessibility in the bathroom for my son who is in a wheelchair. It didn't feel like the hotel was in the safest of areas, but it was right off the interstate and right next door to a convenience store/gas station and a Waffle House (great chix sandwich for supper). The hardwood floor in our room could have used a mopping - walked in the room with my white socks on, which quickly became brown on the bottom.

The bathroom was very dirty and I even notified the desk and said they didn’t have another room. There were no Mai fence people around to clean the bathroom. The people at the desk were very nice, but they told me the manager was going to contact me on Monday but the manager never did. The people at the desk also said since it was a third party I couldn’t get money back.

Toilet seat was loose, had to tighten it myself. Went to front desk to ask for a screwdriver and they did not have one. While looking at the toilet seat, I notice that it was dirty pee on the back of the seat. The coffee maker was dirty, it had a packet of coffee grounds from the previous night/persons. Alarm clock was making a buzzing sound.

Not sure I would stay there again. Toilet would not flush, room keys had to be re-keyed. Ladybugs were coming in through the loose fire detector. Maintenance came the next day but there is no maintenance after hours.

I always enjoy staying at Sleep Inn. the staff members are helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable.

It was just okay. Staff were very friendly but was a little taken aback by the furniture when you walked in was not the cleanest. Room was okay and Breakfast was good. Had I had to stay more than one night I would have found something a little nicer but all we did is sleep one night so it was doable.

I liked mostly everything. I was surprised there was no bathtub though. Our room only had a shower, but it was no big deal. I would have enjoyed a soak, but the hot shower felt just as good.
