“I cannot rave enough about the Westerly. The staff went above and beyond for every ask. On our last day I wanted to take unobstructed panoramic pictures of the ocean and the staff took me up to the Palm Beach Club which we didn’t have access to just to take the pictures. They had amazing kids’ activities…I just wish we were told about it sooner…we found out about them on our 2nd to last day. The guy at the car rental lacked personality and was argumentative when we returned the car late……

“Amazing hotel! The staff and customer service were 10/10. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was also so good with a lot of great options. I really enjoyed my experience at Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba Resort and would definitely stay there again.”

“The beach staff were amazing. Very helpful and quick to assist setting up our lounge chairs that we reserved through their app. Staff always coming round to check if we needed drinks or food. The housekeeping level of service was a bit disappointing. Had to call down a couple times just to get our room cleaned (late afternoon). Standard things not replaced (towels, bottles of water, coffee). Once we commented to lobby staff, efforts were made for improvement which was appreciated (but honestly……
