“Everyone was nice, friendly, helpful! All the waiters, conceirge, drivers; all asked about our stay and had an nice temperament. We went during the week, so the beach and pool area had available chairs and towels. The room and resort was always clean. We tried all the restaurants. At times the service was slightly slower service that we may be accustomed to, but that is to be expected depending on the time of day, amount of customers, staffing and so forth.
