"This property has many good features including the location, the view from the balcony, the size of the unit, the furnishings, the building security and the ample parking. It needs to be noted that the second bedroom is an interior room with no exterior view. The AC units for the bedrooms were great, but the fan for the unit servicing the main living area needs maintenance. I recommend this condo for a couple, but I would not recommend it for a group requiring two bedrooms."

"We just had the best time in Aruba and this condo did not disappoint. Excellent location, very clean and accommodations was superb! "We rented both units for our family of 8, ages ranging from 11 to 68 and it was perfect. The unit was immaculate, very neat, and was stocked with everything we needed.
