The neighborhood was quiet and the AC was very efficient - cold even on some exceedingly hot days. If you are looking for a budget-friendly, no-frills rental, this place is great. The bed supports were broken, but the host had someone there the next day to repair. The fridge is a mini fridge with separate freezer, not full size. “Host messaged me after booking and told me his place was actually unavailable but would not cancel my reservation because he would get charged by vrbo. Very inconsiderate considering the time it takes to get refunded by vrbo - I am still waiting for my refund after long conversations with them. He essentially passes on the fee to me in doing this given the cost of my time to obtain this refund. Do not recommend. ”
