The location was perfect for what we love to do...HIKE!! We would stay at this property again!

The Bassets went above and beyond for us. We needed an early check-in and they accommodated us without complaint. My family and I (6 adults) were in Zion to celebrate my birthday, the owners left a card and gift for me, that was such a nice surprise. We were able to walk to hiking trails near the cabin as well as drive into the park to hike The Narrows. The cabin met all our needs. Having six adults in the cozy cabin could have been an issue, but we all managed to find a comfy spot to relax, do a puzzle, visit or read. While it rained we hung out inside and waited for the sun to come out so we could hike. Before dark one day we were able to use the fire-pit to roast marshmallow and make s'mores. Our only complaint was we didn't stay long enough. One suggestion for the owner: My adult children had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed, they said it could use more cushioning, maybe a mattress topper could be supplied for the sofa bed. Other than that, it was a perfect weekend and we look forward to going every year, maybe next year we will stay at their other property, Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort.

We wanted a house that was away from the crowds and Cabin Fever was perfect! Both Jim and DeeAnn were super helpful with everything from hiking info to grocery shopping. Me, my husband and our 7 year old were able to hike right from the house to Cable Mountain! The house itself is very cozy. The loft is great for kids and use of they pantry and washer/dryer were greatly appreciated! Amazing views, solitude and great hiking...we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect cabin for our Zion and Bryce adventure

This cabin was the perfect home base for our trips to Zion and Bryce Canyons. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed and more. We would highly recommend!

    Peace and quiet

After a day of hiking the parks it was great to get back to this beautiful home and look at the stars.

    Wonderful Family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway to Cabin Fever. Nick was a wealth of information and very personable. The house was very clean and cozy for our 4 adult family. We really enjoyed the quiet, "unplugged" atmosphere, and to be able to sit by a campfire and see millions of stars. We had a great time exploring all Zion had to offer and hope to return in the future.
