Very basic, bathroom needs some help. Shower door barely moved, obvious mold, etc. Gym was decent.

Confortable and clean room. When we arrived we already found everything needed for our dog in the room. Free coffee machine in the hall and nice and helpful staff in reception. I will come back in my next trip to Örebro!

The family room worked well for my son’s family. I had a cozy room to myself. The breakfast was adequate, while not exceptional by Swedish standards, it beat most US hotel breakfasts by a mile.

Great service and view
Do you only reason this hotel get so many stars is because of its staff and it’s view. Let’s start with the bad Hot water was shut off for a day and a half which is really annoying when you have business meetings all day. Although it was in the hotels fault it was the local authorities failed to inform the hotel that the water would be shut off but the staff were amazing the breakfast was OK although the breakfast bag was good.

The water should run down the drains without problem, I have notified our maintenance staff of the issue. Vi valde hotellet därför att de har en restaurang. När vi checkar in får vi info att restaurangen är stängd. Det framgår av skyltar på plats men inte på boknings/hemsidan. Det var en stor besvikelse för oss. Duscharmaturen ffa termostaten var trasig på så sätt att jag fick duscha i skållhett vatten, det var omöjligt att snurra på den. Min man lyckades med våld och handen insvept i en handduk få den att röra sig åt det kallare hållet. Fö bra sängar, trevlig personal på plats och fin frukost. Men kommer aldrig att återvända pga den dåliga informationen om restaurangens öppettider.
