My card was charged twice. I immediately went to the front desk & inquired about the error. I was told my "portfolio" (guess this was my account/log of my stay in their system) was a mess, she had never seen anything like it & didn't know how to fix it. That I would have to wait 5-10 business days to see if it sorted itself out. REALLY!!!
