The staff was not attentive, and people were running up and down the halls all night. There is a security issue as anyone can access the elevator and stairs from the ground level.

    The worst hotel experience ever. the room was dirty, had to get new pillow cases cause they were not changed and had make up on them. Bathroom shower did not drain properly and water came up through the tile grout. We got moved to a different room only to find vomit on the dust ruffle. First job for managment would be to fire the head housekeeper and retrain staff and to find a maintinance person who knows what the heck they are doing. also parking lot had tons of garbage everywhere...all while staff sat outside smoking...very disappointed!

    The pictures make this place look way nicer then it actually is. It is obviously a old hotel that was given a new coat of paint. When we booked we thought we were getting a room with a big balcony and a tub (based on pictures and description) when we got into the room it had a tiny cracked balcony and a shower that leaked all over the bathroom floor when used. Breakfast consisted of granola bars and bananas. Walls were thin and you could here all noise in the hallway. They hotel also touted that they keep rooms empty for 24hrs to make sure they are safe and clean for new guests. This was not the case as our room wasnt cleaned until right before check in time. Location is great but not much else.

    I would never stay here again. It should not be labeled a hotel, I have stayed at motels nicer than this. It is nothing like the photos, the bed was the closest looking part to the photos. The moment I walked in the building I regretted booking the reservation especially for the money I paid but it was too late at that point. Check in was across the street at another hotel which seemed way nicer. The halls smelled bad and the building felt run down. The fridge didn't work, the toilet was wobbly, stains on the blanket, the TV signal was down for part of the stay, there was a hole below the carpet in the room, and the elevator felt iffy. When I talked to the front desk about the couple of problems at check out, they didn't seem to care or say sorry for the inconvenience. They did let me check in early with no problem.
