The hotel was pretty nice and the food in the morning was quite nice for a free breakfast

This hotel is in an excellent location. Variety of food places and shops. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Nice hotel close to St. Charles Hospital

My brother had had surgery at St. Charles' Hospital. We came to see how he was doing. Were delighted we could go from the hotel to the Hospital without having to go back on busy Navarre Avenue. It was a pleasant, clean place to stay.

Nice

This hotel I found to be really nice. The night desk clerk was really nice and understanding to my needs which is I like quiet areas and so I got a quiet area, I appreciate little things like this. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable so I'd stay here again. In other news the earth is flat folks!!!

Pros: The staff was friendly and the different types of waffles for breakfast was nice.
Cons: Pool was broken during visit. we had 2 children and we had to find other things around the area to compensate for them not having time during the day
Pool was not working. we stayed 4 days and there was no attempt to correct the problem. We were told it cost to much to repair. When anyone books this information should be told and not found out about at checkin.

Comfortable and Clean

This was a very good experience. The bed was very comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast area was a little too small though. It got very crowded but there was overflow seating outside on the patio/pool area. Please check if the pool is open if that's what you want. We were told it was the last day for that (closing for servicing in mid July) and it was ice cold. But it was overall a very good experience! Plus the Mexican Restaurant down the street and the Big Boy were excellent and convenient shopping nearby!

It was ok

The room looked old and had a slight oder, breakfast was OK, not much variety. The price was great, but you most definitely get what you pay for.

The floors were wet the entire stay and affected my allergies. I will no longer be staying at this hotel.

Was a good place to stay on east side, little dated but clean and pretty clean room. Pool was super cleaned, really liked that!
