Not what I expected.

The interstate traffic was so loud, even with the air conditioner on high with continuous fan. I asked to move so I could be on the back side of the hotel, it was much quieter, but the room wasn't as nice and it wasn't that clean. It was supposed to be a non smoking hotel, but 1 night I was there I smelled cigarette smoke all night coming through the bathroom vent. The hotel staff were very friendly. I stayed here 2 years ago and I had a great experience so I guess I thought it would be the same.

Family re-union in Curtice. OH

Pros: Continental Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Our shower knob was broken and we only got "hot" water, Other than that everything was very good.
Location: Just an overnight stay for family re-union nearby. Close to Exp, to head home.
Very easy access from re-union site. Very convenient to the highway home. Very accommodating with all members of family staying plus one dog. Pool was very nice for young children. Access to pizza ordering convenient. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again and recommend to family members.

Nice, close to the freeway.

Location: Close to the Hollywood Casino.
Just passing through on the way further South. Wanted to rest up & hit the casino nearby.

Nice hotel

Room was clean and comfortable. If you're on the highway side, the windows are not noise reducing and it sounds like the window is open. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and downtown Toledo.

In Toledo for 3 days with family

Pros: Clean comfortable safe rooms.
Cons: Breakfast could be much better. Hallways and stairs needed a good cleaning.
Location: Gas, groceries, and sundries next door.
Room is a great value for the area. Hallways and some common areas are dated (stairs were dirty) but rooms were very clean and comfortable. It is not a 4 star hotel but you are not paying for one either. If you are looking for a clean comfortable stay this is a great place. Breakfast was just ok - waffles good but the rest was just acceptable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Refrigerator and microwave in the room is great. Meijers is right next door - kind of like a small walmart with groceries. Hospital next door as well. Very close to the highway but we were not bothered by traffic noise at all. Overall a very good stay for the money.

Pros: Friendly staff; clean room, sufficient breakfast, reasonable price. Appreciated having yogurt available for breakfast.
Cons: nothing
Location: just traveling through
Everything was great, the room spic and span and the staff very nice.

Nice. Good Mexican restaurant you could walk to.

Pros: The room, the pool the location.
Cons: of course lower the price! :)
Location: Meant to go the the Art Museum but it closed at 4. Depending on time the Ottawa Wildlife Refuge is about 25 minutes away and that is very nice!
Good. I've stayed here previously and over the last 8 years it hasn't decayed. The pool was good. As was the sauna. Though turn the sauna on as soon as you arrive so it's up to its best level or heat. Walk across the Meijer plaza and get a good meal at the Mexican place on the west side of the plaza. Very good. Room was very comfortable and clean. I've no complaints.

Fridge almost fell over when I opened the door! Faucet in shower loose and difficult to set to proper temp; and leaked out all over the floor

Horrible Stay

I stayed at Sleep Inn in Oregon, OH and I have to say it was one of the worst stays I have ever had at a hotel. I paid $130 for a jacuzzi suite that had no water pressure to fill the tub, a broken ironing board, half of your tv channels don't work and on top of that the breakfast was cleared out because "oh we were busy." Absolutely horrible and not acceptable!! You charge me for a room/services and only deliver halfway?? Why did I have to pay full price?!
