Excellent breakfast. Staff friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable beds and great shower. Perhaps some more decaf coffee in the room but was provided when asked. Lovely walk to Vondelpark and only short walk to the tram into the old part of Amaterdam

1. toilet sink is blocked, reported to front desk and need wait until the next day to fix. 2. hair conditioner empty and didn't refill, I need to personally write a note and hang on the bottle to remind housekeeping staff to refill. 3. no sanitary bag for women.

Overall the staff were very helpful except one member when I called before the stay to confirm the baby cot and was told it’s subject to availability. Called again the following morning and asked again and they confirmed it was ok. Could do with a couple more staff at breakfast but there was a good spread. Our room was noisy near the lifts which are loud at night. You’re just a little bit out of town but we wanted that for the quiet

Helena was superb & the epitome of the quality you would expect from the Hilton! Accommodations & Amenities were outstanding ... Breakfast was fantastic & delish! The staff was friendly & courteous. Will back in April & June of this year & will definitely stay @ the Hilton!
